Loved our stay!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable with a great layout. Loved eating dinner in the lanai and watching the sunset. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed. The backpack style beach chairs made the trek to the beach much easier.

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay if you are willing to not be on the beach. They have a fun tiki bar and grill facing the harbor and Tigertail beach is a short drive away. The hostess answered my questions promptly and check in/check out was painless.

beautiful location

the condo complex had two beautiful pools and the dolphin tiki restaurant on site has the best food however the unit we stayed in was a little run down and needed some real TLC also it wasn't very clean

Very comfortable

Easy to get there, easy drive to tigertaill. The highest level is five so it's more afforbable for working people. nice mix of people there. The lighting in the apartment is amazing. Seems like a random thing to mention but wait till you turn them on.

Adequate for a week in Florida. Good location - close to food & entertainment. Stocked with beach gear. But not vrbo ready - no dish soap, one roll of toilet paper and paper towels.

I'd stay again.

I booked this place because I appreciated that the owner didnt over charge the fees. I'd stay again for these reasons: it was quiet, the kitchen was well equiped, plenty of towels and bedding, easy access to conference I was attending, notebook with restaurant recommendations and menus helpful, beach chairs available for use, it was clean, covered parking was nice, and the extra room off the bedroom was perfect to keep my luggage and clothing out of the way.

Pleasant anniversay trip

Very nice and clean condo. Was nice to have the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, & cart available. Property manager very helpful and responsive. Only complaint being the bed was not very comfortable and the hot water didn't seem to last very long.

It’s the little things

I had a little trouble trying to figure out checking in But the owner was very quick to respond, thankfully.. Really enjoyed the place but also appreciated the little stuff like having garbage bags and coffee filters, because who remembers to bring a coffee filter?.. Thanks for the stay

Just right

We have been to Marco the last three years and we have rented here just once. We will be back again next year and rent with Tara again. The property has everything you need for a Marco vacation without spending $700 a night at the Marriott. Owner replies back immediately with any questions you may have. We had a great experience.

Not Disappointed

The condo and facilities were clean and well maintained. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The owner/contact was very nice and responsive. Some of the condo features were slightly dated, but the price point reflects this and I was not at all disappointed! FYI- you cannot see the water from the condo, but it’s an easy walk to the pool or marina! I recommend!

Nice pools

We enjoyed spending time at the complex’s pools - they were never too crowded and we had no trouble finding lounge chairs. The water was warm and the sauna was great! We did not attempt the walk to the nearest beach but it was an easy 5 - 10 minute drive. We were happy to find parking lots charging only $10-$20 because finding street parking was very difficult. As mentioned in previous reviews, the unit itself was in need of an update. The balcony was large but the traffic noise made it less than ideal for relaxing.

Property was as listed. Clean and comfortable. Loud road noise was the biggest complaint. Great complex, lots of friendly people. Nice pool area and tiki bar. No communication whatsoever with property owner. Lockbox was a bit difficult to navigate and made it hard to open the door. LIttle bit of upgrade to this property and it would be awesome!
