Perfect for groups, retreats, reunions, businesses & families looking for a place where they can go to work nearby or to relax with the home packed full of amenities. This amazing 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath home with bonus room, a home that features entertaining areas including a fully stocked kitchen, living room with 2 sofa bed futon, and an entertainment room with office desk, bed sofa futon, and exercise area (Open space). Retreat to one of the comfortable bedrooms with memory foam to unwind after a long day, or relax in the private backyard complete with a fire pit, 2 bbq grills, & a patio set area.
Our future plan for my backyard is to have an in-ground hot tub and exercise pool. We are still thinking of design
We do have a bonus room that is in an open space with a futon couch bed that can sleep two people. And we have two futon sofa/bed in the living room that can sleep 4 people, however it is in a open space.
Each room has different designs for specific tastes. Asian, Roman/Greek, modern, contemporary. Guest favorite room is the lavender room.
The reason why we call our home Pro Business, our house is in between both stadium- Baseball and Football that is very popular for vacation and business travelers. We have had our home catered to football,soccer, and baseball teams and And small retreats where we have two projectors (upon request) upstairs and downstairs for presentations. And we have exercise equipment as well.
Our home is deaf friendly as well, we have strobe light smoke sectors, video phone, light door ring.
