Peaceful getaway

This property had everything you could possibly want. The location was great with easy access to the beach. We will definitely use this condo again and would recommend it to our family.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. Located right across from the beach. Pool area was really nice and well maintained.

perfect getaway

The condo was better than the pictures portrayed. We were very happy with everything and look forward to coming again. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to our friends and family. Located in quiet area but close to shopping and dining. Very clean and well maintained property!!

Amazing stay

The owner has been very efficient and easy to communicate with. His process is smooth and easy for check in/out. The condo is so spacious, clean, and has everything you need! I highly recommend this condo. And the beach is directly across the street! Our stay had been wonderful! Thank you so much.

Peaceful Beach Retreat

Complex is serene & quiet. A very short walk to a beautiful beach (not crowded at all until Saturday which was still only moderately crowded). 2 pools, workout room (with free weights, elliptical, treadmill, & nautilus), shuffleboard, bocce and tennis courts. Peaceful balcony overlooking the estuary. Gated complex as well as secure garage parking. Beautifully decorated in blues & beach motif. Owners very helpful with any questions. Not one complaint. Really enjoyed our stay!

Peninsula

The property was very nice. The condo was beautiful. Security is great. We felt there was a lack of instructions. Finding our way to the beach was not easy. And maybe we are not up to date on the television access. It was very difficult to get the TV to come on and then equally as difficult to maneuver around programming. The biggest disadvantage for us was being on a peninsula and having to drive 15-20 minutes just to get back to the causeway. Not a location we would be interested in visiting again.

This property literally "checked all my boxes"

July 2023 was our first vacation to New Smyrna Beach. Fortunately, a fiend of mine highly recommended Oceanwalk! I immediately googled and found this beautiful 2 bedroom condo, available. Natalie and Ron were charming, personable hosts. Their condo was perfect in every way, outfitted with anything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. We stayed six nights and wish we could have stayed longer. We loved our view and privacy of the balcony, facing a massive, forested-estuary. A pretty red cardinal visited me at 7:00 a.m. every morning on a tree right across from the balcony. The condo was beautifully and tastefully, decorated, furniture and beds, very comfortable, five star cleanliness, and the amenities, fantastic! The gated neighborhood is quiet, with lovely ponds and wildlife, friendly neighbors, nice pools with bathrooms and showers and a great walking path along the estuary. The pristine, family friendly beach is only about a 5 minute walk from this condo. If you get the opportunity to stay here, I highly recommend it--we'll definitely be going back.

Quiet and Clean

The community is mostly older owners which gave us a nice quiet place to stay. The condo was clean, the main bed very comfortable. The back view was absolutely serene. The 2nd bedroom bed probably could do with a new mattress but my adult son and his gf didn't complain too much about it. Kitchen was stocked well. The owners allowed us early check in which I very much appreciated and they were so accommodating when I needed a 2nd parking pass. Easy access to beach and pretty much anywhere you want to go. The gym was outfitted nicely but the treadmill was on the cheaper side so my hubby didn't use it. The weights and other machines were great. The pool was clean but the management there were nothing short of pool police. A full time resident had her toddler in the pool and he had a blow up ball in his hands. He wasn't throwing it and the mother was told to remove the ball from the pool. I guess rules are rules but kids also should be alllowed to be kids. If you want clean, comfortable and quiet then this is a great place to stay.

Great place

The property was very clean and has great space Easy to find everything. The bed was very comfortable. Had trouble with tv but that could have been me. I would recommend it to anyone and would stay there again.

Peaceful and calm

We spent two weeks in this lovely condo. The owner was clear with how to access condo and it was convenient to park in the garage. We love being able to walk across the street to the beach and use the pool. Had a great stay . Only draw back we had was they were working in the building and we got woken up every weekday with the workers outside. Not the owners fault though. It was clean and quiet and so nice Otherwise .highly recommend.

This was a wonderful spot for a quiet and relaxing get-a-way.

The location was wonderful because the balcony borders on a beautiful nature scene. This makes the spot quiet and serene. You are unable to really see or hear anyone around you. Just a short walk away you are immediately on the beach with the gorgeous ocean. This is the perfect spot for those that want to come, stay and not have to be on the go. There are plenty of outdoor, athletic activities on site to enjoy with ever leaving.

Left much to be desired

We were very disappointed with the lack of amenities provided. We are no stranger to ocean walk condos, and every other unit we’ve stayed in provided beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, beach toys and access to park in the garage however this unit provided none of that. The spring mattresses are absolutely past their prime and both my husband and I needed chiropractic care after sleeping in them for a week. The blinds in the living room would not close completely, which made nap time difficult for our toddler. Plumbing in the unit was quite loud, flushing the guest toilet sounded like someone was using the jet tub in the master bedroom. For not much more $ you could easily find an ocean view room with more amenities. The listing touted two pools in the complex but owners failed to mention the main pool has been closed for over a year (we heard from another resident). The owners were friendly and check in / out was easy but Im sorry to say I would not stay in this unit again

While we value constructive criticism..... We were extremely disappointed in the condition that you left our unit and the additional cost that we incurred with our cleaning service as a result of your stay. In regards to your comments pertaining to the beds and plumbing , we have welcomed guests through VRBO and a management company for the past year without experiencing this issue from our previous guests. Also, we are sorry that our welcome email that we sent you the week before your stay was misunderstood. In the welcome email, we clearly stated the garage access code for parking and gave a friendly reminder to bring your own beach towels.
