Location location location, views are amazing! Condo is super clean. Everything you need is right at your doorsteps. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable condo. Definitely recommended.

The check-in process is a little confusing for some, but I have stayed in this building prior and knew that you needed to park outside of the gated parking lot, go up to the unit ( use code for elevator and door to unit on the Welcome attachment the owner sends) to get the remote to open the gate. Then you can park your car. This unit is located on the first floor all the way to the right side, looking at the building from the beach. The description stated fireplace. There is no fireplace. The pictures in the listing show a couch in the smaller bedroom there is actually two twin beds. A light in the kitchen and a bedroom overhead light did not work other than those two things the unit was perfect and every way imaginable. The beds were extremely comfortable. I have a bad back. The kitchen was stocked well, the couches were comfortable. The Wi-Fi is not as described on the welcome attachment. They have a new Wi-Fi sign in information that the owner gave to me quickly when I inquired. There was no book instructions on how to operate the AC/heat. Each remote on the walls control the air conditioning-heating unit in each room and you press the temperature to regulate your comfortability. The zero gravity chairs on the deck were an absolute pleasure to enjoy evening views or morning, coffee or afternoon reading. The views of the ocean and beach were spectacular. Everything about this condo was just fabulous. I have no complaints at all! I highly recommend renting this unit.

Modern condo with awesome beach views

We had a great experience at this beautiful spacious condo. It is right on the main drag, across the street from the beach; a great location if you’re visiting to enjoy the sights and sounds of summer. Be sure and get the check in instructions and understand them well in advance of arriving. We had some minor issues with the door keypad and some recent upgrades in the condo that weren’t clear in the instructions—and the promised notebook with info wasn’t in the condo. Everything worked out in the end and the owners were very patient with the road weary out of staters, they made sure we were squared away.

Beautiful condo

Great condo and great location! Contacted the owner regarding issues with cleanliness in kitchen and bath. Told owner we cleaned but wanted owner to know. Received immediate response of appreciation and that cleaning situation will be handled. Contacted by owner a couple hours after end of stay as cleaners could not get in unit. We were not told to lock unit using keypad lock. We used door handle lock. A manual with any specific info has been available at previous rentals and would be helpful.

Amazing location

This is a great getaway for any time of the year with amazing views of the beach/ocean! The location is within easy walking distance to kids playground, the beach, and many seasonal shops/restaurants. The unit is very bright and open while still having room for the whole family, with the two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. In addition, the owners were very attentive to any question to any questions we had. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area for a short-term or long-term visit!

Great location and spacious apartment

We really enjoyed our ~6 week stay and have zero complaints about the unit itself. Check-in could have gone a little smoother as we didn't receive any communication from the host until we reached out ourselves upon arrival and at that point found out the apartment wasn't scheduled for cleaning until day 2 of our stay. After the small wrinkle everything else was smooth sailing.

Great location

Huge mixup in the beginning with owner sending me to 2 other properties before the correct one. Nice and clean, although lacked basics from our visits with other VRBO'S but maybe different parts of the country do things differently. Fireworks were quite literally right outside our unit. Overall, location and size were spot on.
