Located on a quiet street with no thru traffic, this comfortable two-apartment home is in a highly sought after location steps away from Hampton Beach. Each well equipped apartment offers 3 bedrooms/2 full baths on separate levels and was renovated in 2020 with new flooring, paint, mattresses, and bedding. For your comfort, a wall mounted A/C/heating unit was added. This apartment has two covered private porches located on opposite ends so visitors have an option of relaxing in sun or shade, viewing beachgoers or Wednesday night fireworks. Other apartment features are separate entrances and exits, keyless entry, shared covered outdoor tables for dining, designated smoking area, gas grill, and hot water outdoor shower. Onsite parking for 2 vehicles is included with additional parking space(s) available for prearranged purchase.
We are located 140 yards from the beach, steps away from entertainment, centers, restaurants, and coffee houses. Sorry, no parties, events, or pets.
This property has easy access to Routes 101, 1 and 1A.

Great location for family vacation

We had a fantastic stay here with our family of four (including 2 teens). Highlights include heated outdoor shower, large second floor outdoor porch (you can see the ocean from it), proximity to beach, restaurants and shops, and great hosts. Everything you need!

Week of July 29th

First time doing a B+B and it was a great experience, for over 30 years since we were kids we have been coming to Hampton. For the majority of those visits, we were tight down the street at the Austin renting through Preston. To be able to stay on the same street now with our own children and fortunately our parents still and in a home that was well taken care of and updated was worth the change and we will be doing it again for 2025.

Gorgeous and cozy cottage - fantastic location!

We did not want to leave this gorgeous cottage at the end of our stay! Everything about it was perfect! We stayed in the top-level unit, and we were absolutely blown away when we walked in! The unit was so clean and beautifully decorated, and it came stocked with the essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen utensils and flatware, etc.). The house is located on a quiet street and we were steps away from the beach. It was so easy for us to just wake up, pack our belongings and walk down to the ocean! We also had several options to sit outdoors right at the cottage - a private balcony just for the top unit, as well as a shared patio space on the first level. A very lovely woman who is part of the property management company lives just next door, and she was so friendly and checked in on us several times throughout our stay. Needless to say, we will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Life Saver!

We found this property while searching for a place to stay because our previous place fell through. They were able to accommodate us and let us come right over to stay. They had someone check out the same day and were cleaning the property when we got there. Just amazing people who really helped us out in our time of need. It was such an amazing stay! So close to the beach, we had everything we could possibly need. I cannot recommend them enough!

Awesome place!

We stayed here with our children. Location was great, hosts were readily available, place was perfect size for 7 of us and it was clean plus well stocked with all of our needs. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Great location ! House was perfect and provided plenty of room for the four of us.

Experience was great! No issues whatsoever. Erin was very nice and accommodating. She knew we were running the race and provided us with Gatorade and Clif bars. Very clean property and location was perfect!!

Amazing stay!!

Erin and her sister Melissa were such great hosts ! They made the check in process so easy for us , helped us out with additional parking and gave us great bar recommendations. The house was super cute and clean, great for a getaway with friends or family. It’s in a cute quiet neighborhood that is a super close walk to the beach and boulevard. Can’t wait to book again!

What a gem!!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at the Virginia Lee! The house was so clean, beds were comfortable, linens are provided, and the location was perfect. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. The little extra touches like bottles of water in the refrigerator were just the icing on the cake. We can't wait to go back next year!!

My family and I stayed here and found Erin and her family to be very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was very clean, newly remodeled and spacious enough for our family. Would definitely rent again.

The property was purchased in Sept of 2019 by a Southern New Hampshire husband and wife team skilled with property renovation for their entire length of their marriage. Their intent is to have a comfortable beach retreat to share and eventually pass onto their 3 daughters. The Virginia Lee Cottages consists of 3 units, VL1 (lower unit of the multi-family cottage), VL2 (upper unit of the multi-family cottage) and the LA (LuAnn bungalow style stand alone rear cottage) with outdoor seating and a shower in the shared space between the cottages. The property is available to rent when not in use by family & friends and currently none of the cottages are winterized therefore, the units are not available November through mid-April.
