Welcome to New Smyrna Beach, Florida
This new beautiful 3 bedrooms, 2 bath condo is on the 5th floor with ocean views and across from the no-drive section of the beach. Ocean walk has heated pools, Hot tubs. Sauna, gyms, tennis, basketball hoop, shuffleboard, bocce ball, private theater you can reserve, and 2 clubhouses, his- hers bathrooms with showers, outside gas grills and nature trail walks.
This Ocean view three bedrooms 2 bath condo has all you need for an exceptional vacation. The condo has been thoughtfully decorated for families to be comfortable and feel at home. The open full kitchen has ocean views, counter seating for 3 as well as a dining table that can seat an additional 4 and overlooks the living room with a big comfy couch, armchairs, coffee tables, and side tables, large flat screen TV, and a nice balcony with furniture.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a large flat screen TV, sitting area, bedside tables, lamps, and a bureau dresser along with a walk-in closet and full en-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, side tables with lamps a bureau dresser and a Flat screen TV, and a closet This bedroom has access to a full bath that can also be used from the hallway. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 twins and a single twin along with a flat screen TV and a closet. The living room couch can sleep an additional 2.
The balcony has beautiful views of the ocean and nice furniture to relax.
New Smyrna Beach is located on the central East Coast of Florida.
Welcome to beautiful New Smyrna Beach with 17 miles of pristine, white, sandy beaches. Enclosed by 2 national parks one north of the barrier Island where dogs are allowed and the other south with miles of unspoiled beach no homes or condo's nature pure. New Smyrna Beach has some of the best restaurants around. Casual to fancy.
You won't be disappointed at the different choices we have in town. We have a lot of conservation land where you can spot Manatees raising their calves in a small cove and dolphins are all along the Intracoastal waters here. Every water sport you desire is here also from fishing to surfing, paddle boarding, jet skiing, or plain relaxing at the beach.
Historical Flagler Ave. has small quaint shops and restaurants and always has some type of fun special events going on. Canal Street also has quaint shops and restaurants and has a farmers' market Saturdays lined along a beautiful Palm Tree St. with an oldie car meeting.
Just a beautiful quaint city where the Floridians vacation.
This beautiful condo allows pets for a fee 150 & 12.5% tax.

Wonderful trip

The condo was absolutely great for our stay. The added perks of beach needs made it even better. We had access to wagon, umbrella, cooler, etc.... Just made the trip very simple and easy. Will stay here again.

Enjoyable stay with beach view

The condo was very clean. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful. The breeze from the ocean was relaxing and refreshing. The pool and hot tub were close to the condo as well as a sauna and fitness room. Our family enjoyed our weekend getaway!

Perfect beach vacation

Spacious condo with plenty of room for our family of 8. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels for everyone! Loved having the washer and dryer in the condo. Comfortable beds and quiet neighbors made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. We loved the close proximately to the beach that is only a short walk away. Awesome pools and fitness center as well as shuffle board, tennis courts and bocci ball. Amazing place to stay for a relaxing vacation!!

Comfy and spacious

All beds needs a updated mattresses. Internet was on the slow side and it was slow to load/refresh. Hall bathroom tube is a slip hazard. I almost fell. We did enjoy our time there able to all be together.

Spacious, clean, and quiet condo

This condo had more than enough space for my family of 6. We enjoyed our stay here, and made good use of the kitchen and laundry. We also really appreciated the beach toys and wagon, they made going to the beach much more enjoyable. For a condo it was extremely quiet, rarely heard anything through the walls/ceiling! The only issue we had was the garage door opener was not provided. The garage closes between 7-8 pm and getting inside to open it is not easy. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed what New Smyrna Beach had to offer!
