Cottage de plage délicieusement rénové avec vue sur l'océan

Ce charmant chalet de plage a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement reconstruit il y a six ans. Entrez par la porte d'entrĂ©e et vous ĂȘtes sur le pont avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an. Les bancs intĂ©grĂ©s offrent de nombreux siĂšges pour les repas Ă  l'extĂ©rieur ou tout simplement pour se dĂ©tendre. Une cour magnifiquement amĂ©nagĂ©e est clĂŽturĂ©e pour la sĂ©curitĂ© des enfants.

Le rez-de-chaussée de cette maison comprend une grande piÚce avec des plafonds cathédrale, une belle cuisine neuve avec cellier et une suite parentale avec une magnifique salle de bain avec une grande douche aux accents de carreaux de verre.

L'étage est une suite parentale privée avec vue sur l'océan et une salle de bains avec baignoire / douche.

Le sous-sol est idéal pour une suite pour enfants ou adolescents. Il a un tapis doux et neutre. Il y a un lit superposé et un futon double pour dormir. Une immense télévision et un jeu Wii sont fournis. Il y a une troisiÚme salle de bain avec douche dans cette chambre. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont également situées en bas.

La description indique que la maison peut accueillir 8 personnes, mais elle convient mieux à 4 adultes et jusqu'à 4 enfants. La suite pour enfants est au niveau inférieur et dispose de lits superposés et d'un futon double. Les 2 suites parentales
fournir des lits king size confortables.

Le propriétaire fournira 2 laissez-passer pour l'aquarium de Monterey Bay sur demande.

Can't beat the location! We went to Twin Lakes beach over and over because we could see it from the house, just a short walk down the street. Plenty of space for our family of 7, and everything we needed in the house. The host was great to answer all our questions ahead of our trip. Even with some rain, wind, and cloudy days, we had a really great time! Would definitely stay here again!

Hosts were very receptive to communications, they were very helpful with questions etc. Lovely remodeled home with a wonderful kitchen. We could hear the waves from the master bedroom, such a wonderful week for our family.

Staying at this perfectly situated and appointed, and lovingly cared for home, is simply a slice of heaven. This was our third stay and has now become an absolute family favorite. It offers an easily accessible respite from the hectic pace of silicon valley, with only a short drive in order to enjoy. The home is carefully supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location cannot be beat. The hosts are easy to communicate with and amenable to your needs. Can't say enough about this special place, and can't wait to return!

Excellent location

You cannot beat the location of this home. Within walking distance of one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz and several restaurants as well as a coffee shop for your morning coffee.This home has Wonderful ocean views, and plenty of room for family to enjoy.

Location, location, location! We have been staying at the beach cottage for 8 years. If I had to pick my favorite feature of the house it would be the front deck where you can sit, read a book, have a glass of wine, talk to the people walking by and watch the beach—it’s where we venture to first thing in the morning, coffee in hand. Second, would be the living room with large comfy sofa and table for playing games. Our grandkids love their space downstairs which is a win win for all of us (no toys on the main level!). The kitchen is well equipped and the cottage is within walking distance of several great restaurants and Deke’s store. The only downside of our trip this year was the closure of the Murray Street bridge—getting to our east side favorites requires patience! Hopefully next year we will be able to walk across the bridge again to the lighthouse and Seabright beach.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our visit. The bedrooms and amenities were all as described and we were able to sleep comfortably. We did find instances of things not being thoroughly cleaned. For example, when we lifted couch cushons off the couch, there were crumbs underneath, the kitchen table was a little sticky, and the floor in the downstairs bathroom was also a little sticky. Still, overall our trip was quite enjoyable. Thank you!

Santa Cruz vacation

This house is ideally located near a beach in Santa Cruz. We enjoyed watching the waves role in from the upstairs bedroom. Seeing the lights across the bay in Monterey at night was awesome. The hosts were very kind and very responsive to our questions. We've stayed in other houses in Santa Cruz, and this is by far the best.

We Loved This Home!

We felt right at home the moment we went inside. The floor plan is perfect for our family, with a nice bedroom and bathroom on every floor so everyone has some privacy and can enjoy their own version of vacation time. The home is perfectly decorated in our idea of a beach home, and the views of the water are wonderful! We had everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving and even cooked everything here! The location is perfect for what we like to do and is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and all sorts of fun destinations. It's quiet and we felt safe here. The owners are exceptionally warm and wonderful! They communicated with us perfectly and the made us feel very comfortable in easily accessing the property. This is now one of our very favorite vacations spots and we look forward to coming back often to continue making happy memories!

Lovely beach house

This house is clean, kept up, and well stocked. You can walk to the beach and hear the waves from the property. Bedrooms are on separate floors affording nice privacy. There are restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. The neighborhood is busy during the day being so close to the beach but is very quiet through the night. Excellent place to stay - we'll be back.

Lovely beach cottage

We have stayed here before and were so happy that it was available to stay there again. The house is great and so lovely. Love to sit on the porch. The host is very responsive. All in all, another great stay! We look forward to staying here again next year!

Beachside Oasis

This house is one block from the beach, allowing multiple trips per day to the water. Boardwalk and downtown are easy access minutes away. This house is perfect for couples or families. It feels like a home. Clean, well appointed with everything you need, and a great, happy vibe!

We love our beach house and are excited about sharing it with others. We hope they enjoy it as much as we have. We have been married for over 50 yrs. and have 3 married children and 7 grandchildren. Rick has been in the construction business for most of his life and I recently retired as real estate agent for Alain Pinel Realtors in Saratoga. We live in Los Gatos, a short trip over the hill from Santa Cruz.

We bought this home many years ago as a rental for college students. We always hoped we would be able to rebuild it for ourselves in the future. It was a great dream come true when we completed the remodel.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love that we can walk everywhere from this home. The popular Twin Lakes beach is just a short block away. Bon fires light up the beach in the evening, sail boat races can be viewed from our deck, and lively beach volley ball games are a common occurrence. Don't miss the ukelele concert on Saturday mornings in front of the Java Junction. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance. We especially enjoy the Crows Nest upstairs on Weds. night when the sail boat races are taking place. Johnnie's Harborside, the Java Junction, El Palomar, and Lago di Coma are also favorites of ours. Deke's market on 7th Ave. is a great place for sandwiches and various grocery sundries. There are public tennis courts and a great kids park a few minutes away on 7th Ave. We also enjoy walking and riding bikes on the harbor road where the sea otters, seals, and pelicans are always entertaining. The Santa Cruz Beach Board Walk is a 5-minute drive away with the famous wooden roller coaster and many other thrilling rides for all ages. A 18-hole minature golf course at the boardwalk is also a good way to spend an afternoon. Downtown Santa Cruz and Capitola nearby offer unique shopping opportunities, movie theaters, and other excellent restaurants.
