Downtown King Apartment w/ King Bed

This gorgeous apartment is the PERFECT location to experience the best of Waco. With Magnolia/Silos only 3 minutes away, Baylor only 5 minutes, and Waco restaurants, shopping, and more a short walk from the apartment you couldn't be in a better spot. While at the apartment sleep like royalty in our luxurious KING BED and be inspired by the midcentury-modern decor. We love taking care of our guests and are always available to ensure you have an incredible time while here in Waco. 000109-01-2020

If you love Mid-century modern you will love this apartment. To top it off we have a spacious king bed along with a couch that folds down into a full size bed.

You have the whole place to yourself. Our apartment doesn't have any community spaces.

Self check-in with you personal key code. We're available for any needs you may have but will give you your space during you stay. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything.

This apartment is on the main street in Waco, Austin Ave. Walk down all 13 blocks and experience all of the beautiful history Balcones, Milo, Waco Ax co, and Wine Shoppe are some of our favorite things that are a short walk away.

There are restaurant and shops in walking distance of the apartment. However, Waco has a lot of free parking so we always recommend driving if it's going to be a hot day or you're wanting to do some shopping.

The bathroom is in the bedroom so if someone is sleeping on the couch they will have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Also, since your downtown there will be some street noise and light at night. There is also a train the runs through Waco so if you are a really light sleeper this might not be your best spot. It didn't bother my wife and I when we lived here but we always want to be transparent about things that could detract from your stay.

The apartment was in a great location near downtown. Easy to access. Clean with a comfortable bed and nice kitchen and bathroom. Perfect form stay while I was working in town.

Stayed for a magnolia weekend - weather was lovely so no issues walking. Place is on a noisy weekend street which makes for some difficulty sleeping but bed was super comfy!

Great place to stay and close to things downtown

We had such a wonderful weekend and Waco. The apartment was so nice and very comfortable with everything we needed. close to the silos and shopping and restaurants. We were able to get the Schuyler to go to Baylor fame. Our host was so communicative and explaining things from the beginning to the end and anything in between that we had questions about. I will definitely stay again.

Home Away from Home

We visit Waco from OKC at least once a year. We have stayed at hotels but nothing compares to the home-y feel of staying at this location. We literally feel like locals staying in a cozy apartment! The location is great: easily accessible, centrally located and in what feels like a quiet and safe area of town. We will be back and will definitely be using you guys in the future! Thank you for such amazing hospitality!

Great Spot I’m Waco

The property was just as described / depicted in the listing. The owners were quick to communicate when I was having technical difficulties, check-in was easy. Not too far from Magnolia. Wish I had the time to explore the shops a little more and stay an extra night. Only thing was at night there were a few loud cars going by the building. Nothing that impacted my experience. Thank you!

College Family Weekend

The apartment was clean and great for cooking and hanging out with my daughter. The price was comparable to a hotel.The host was great with supplying basic necessities that made it comfortable. I appreciated the gated parking and code entry to building and room. Con: location has many vagrant people outside of apartment complex, tenants would prop open coded door entrance especially in the evening and some tenants left trash next to building instead of using the dumpster.. There is some noise from the street and train, but I brought a fan to block the noise at night.

Magnolia visit

Just stayed for 1 night on our way home. And wanted to visit Magnolia. Nice town & area, would have like to stay longer maybe next time. Very clean well kept property. Wish there was an elevator but I know there wasn’t one when i booked, u forget how heavy luggage is when u are on the 3rd floor LOL. One issue very very minor. Remote needed new battery u had to sit right in front of the box to get it to work for streaming. And need new fitted sheet on the bed it would come off in the night due to elastic wearing out. Like I said very minor.

My husband and son came for family weekend at Baylor and we had such a good time! The apartment is clean, well stocked and I believe one if the best options in Waco. The parking is safe and gated, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and the futon is perfect for a third person. Also, the bed is crazy comfortable! We will be back.

This is my go to when I visit my son at Baylor. The owners are great and the place is perfect. It is well stocked, and clean. The couch folds into a futon so our son can visit as well. Thanks again!

Just what we needed.

This property was just what we needed for our visit to Waco. Everything you need is just a short walk away. Whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert or great cocktails they are all within a half mile of this property. The property is very clean and well kept. The property owner kept great detailed communications with us throughout our visit making sure we had all the information we needed before we even asked. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Fabulous location for The Silos

My Mom, Daughter and I rented this lovely apartment for our girls trip to Waco. We had a wonderful time. Apartment was easy to find. Secure location. Great walking distance to the Silos. Home had everything we needed. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots. Even plastic to store food while staying. Bathroom was large and roomy. Lovely towels. King bed was very comfortable! Would rent again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay overall! Our only disappointment was that the furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. We felt the bones of the couch every time we sat down. But the bed was so comfortable!
