Recently remodeled, 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom condo (1416 sq ft) located in the best area of Treetops/Ocean Breeze. King bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Galley kitchen with all your cooking needs. Brand new washer/dryer to make your stay more convenient.
Close to the beach, 10-20 minute walk. It is also convenient to the new Celebration Park and Coligny Beach Plaza for all your shopping and dining needs.
Steps from the largest of 3 pools on the complex and one tennis court for your use. We do have a ring doorbell at the front door for security purpose.

Loved this condo! It is 2 stories and very spacious. The pool is right out the door and has shaded areas. Also loved the backpack beach chairs that were provided. Hope to return soon!

The condo was nice and clean. I could tell it was recently updated too. It was a 20 min walk to the Coligny beach so that’s a little far but only a 7 min drive.

Great location and stay!

The location was superb! We biked to Coligny, CVS, Chocolate Canopy and the beach. It was a super quiet area, which we love. The owners were super quick to respond when we reached out. Overall, another great week on the island!

Great last minute getaway!!

We enjoy the South Forest Beach/Coligny area and were looking for a last minute July 4th getaway to HHI, and this gem delivered in a great way!! Our family really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely try to book here again if dates are available for our planned stays!!

This is my 4 th time renting this. Love how clean and nicely decorated it is. Very comfortable place. 10 minute walk to the beach. Has everything to enjoy your stay on HHI!

Nice but Needs Improvement

Overall place was decent. The main living areas were clean and livable. A few comments to improve the experience: (1) The distance to beach access is not a "short walk". It is a far walk and we had to drive to drop off our beach gear and then park at Coligny. This should be presented realistically in description. (2) The outdoor areas of the unit were very dirty and not usable. The patio, balcony, and entryway looked like they hadn't been pressure washed in years and there was a lot of debris so neither were usable for us. (3) The kitchen was not well equipped- pans were very old and there were no serving dishes or basic glassware for drinks.(4) the door in the master that leads to the outside needs new weatherstripping. (5) There were yellow stains on the master mattress cover which I discovered at the end of our stay when stripping the sheets.(6) a portion of the wood walkway to the unit was rotted and maintenance had to replace while we were there. In general the unit was fine for a week but the complex itself is old and both need some additional TLC.

Beautiful Getaway

Awesome place to stay - close to the beach and coligny shopping - opposite the pool and tennis - great communication with owners - had to exchange the toaster - done in no time 👍

Had a great vacation

The property was a bit tricky to find at first but is ideally located. Close to the parking and we never had to park far away. There is a slick path from the TreeTops to the beach too! About 15 minute walk and you're there. Very close to lots of shopping and great food. Large condo, wifi provided.

Wonderful Week

We had a great week at Hilton Head. The property was clean, nicely decorated and very conveniently located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Owners communicated well through VRBO. We were very happy with the property.

Wonderful family vacation

We stayed here for 7 nights and had a wonderful time! It was my husband, 5 year old, and 2 year old. The condo was perfect for us- we even had 2 full bathrooms which was awesome for after beach days. Beach chairs were there for us to use which was awesome and saved us space in the car. The location was right in the middle of everything and was a super short drive. The condo was well laid out, and was awesome to have laundry on site with 2 little kids! We absolutely will be returning again!

Great condo South Forest Beach

This condo was really nice, clean, comfortable, and really close to the pool. We rode our bikes to the beach, the ride took 2 minutes. I liked that the bedrooms were upstairs, it really helped to keep the sand from getting on the sheets. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future!

Summer stay

This was our first stay at this specific property but our second at Tree Tops. Overall, we were ok with our stay. There are definitely some things that need some attention that perhaps the property owners are not aware of bc it may be with the cleaning service, but nonetheless needs attention asap. Pros: -Close to the pool (literally 30 steps away) -Easy to find within complex (Tree Tops can be tricky to locate but this unit is right at the entrance) -Very well thought out design with lots of bedside outlets, extra fans, a pack n play for babies, beach chairs, toys, and games -Communication with owners was easy and they responded very quickly -It is a 2.5 bath unit which was a nice surprise to have that half bath downstairs -Appliances are nice and clean Cons: -There are SIX outside doors within the entire unit. They are secured but upon arrival, but the downstairs sliding door was unlatched and it was worrisome having so many additional access points outside -The front door could use some work, it is old and chipping and didn’t leave a great first impression and also needs power washed bc every time you open the door, bugs come flying in -The outside door in the master bedroom does not have a seal around the bottom which means you can feel outside air coming in, and bc of the humidity the door sweats constantly. -Master bedroom could use a new mattress, there was clear indentations that made it uncomfortable to sleep in -Upon taking off all the sheets the morning we were leaving, we discovered that all the mattress pad covers and pillows were covered in stains. The bed one of my children slept in was covered top to bottom urine stains and was disgusting. It’s obviously something we didn’t find out until our final moments since we were stripping the beds but it did not make us feel very good to find that after staying there for 6 nights. -Behind all the nightstands in each bedroom, you can see that the cleaning service is not cleaning behind those furniture pieces. It’s not as if I went looking to find it, you can clearly see it when walking into the guest room, and when you walk out of the master bath. -Small stains on master bedroom quilt. The instructions indicated to leave sheets and towels on the floor for washing so I’m not sure the bed quilts get washed, but there were stains which again, was not something that was comforting to find.
