Recently remodeled, 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom condo (1416 sq ft) located in the best area of Treetops/Ocean Breeze. King bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Galley kitchen with all your cooking needs. Brand new washer/dryer to make your stay more convenient.
Close to the beach, 10-20 minute walk. It is also convenient to the new Celebration Park and Coligny Beach Plaza for all your shopping and dining needs.
Steps from the largest of 3 pools on the complex and one tennis court for your use. We do have a ring doorbell at the front door for security purpose.

Loved this condo! It is 2 stories and very spacious. The pool is right out the door and has shaded areas. Also loved the backpack beach chairs that were provided. Hope to return soon!

Great location and stay!

The location was superb! We biked to Coligny, CVS, Chocolate Canopy and the beach. It was a super quiet area, which we love. The owners were super quick to respond when we reached out. Overall, another great week on the island!

Great last minute getaway!!

We enjoy the South Forest Beach/Coligny area and were looking for a last minute July 4th getaway to HHI, and this gem delivered in a great way!! Our family really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely try to book here again if dates are available for our planned stays!!

The condo was nice and clean. I could tell it was recently updated too. It was a 20 min walk to the Coligny beach so that’s a little far but only a 7 min drive.

Had a great vacation

The property was a bit tricky to find at first but is ideally located. Close to the parking and we never had to park far away. There is a slick path from the TreeTops to the beach too! About 15 minute walk and you're there. Very close to lots of shopping and great food. Large condo, wifi provided.

Nice but Needs Improvement

Overall place was decent. The main living areas were clean and livable. A few comments to improve the experience: (1) The distance to beach access is not a "short walk". It is a far walk and we had to drive to drop off our beach gear and then park at Coligny. This should be presented realistically in description. (2) The outdoor areas of the unit were very dirty and not usable. The patio, balcony, and entryway looked like they hadn't been pressure washed in years and there was a lot of debris so neither were usable for us. (3) The kitchen was not well equipped- pans were very old and there were no serving dishes or basic glassware for drinks.(4) the door in the master that leads to the outside needs new weatherstripping. (5) There were yellow stains on the master mattress cover which I discovered at the end of our stay when stripping the sheets.(6) a portion of the wood walkway to the unit was rotted and maintenance had to replace while we were there. In general the unit was fine for a week but the complex itself is old and both need some additional TLC.

Fantastic!

Nice, completely remodeled townhome with new appliances, lighting, counters, cabinets, furniture, window treatments and fun coastal decor throughout. Owners even labeled the light switches for ease of use. Great location- short walk or bike ride to Alder or Coligny Beach, right across from pool, bike trail is across street, beautiful patio surrounded by lush greenery. Great internet for remote work. We brought a folding table and used second bedroom as office. Room to store at least 2 bikes in covered area by front door. Room for sea kayak on back patio with short carry from parking lot. Unit is one of closest to parking lot. There is a long, wooden walkway with couple steps that leads from parking lot to unit. Picked up parking pass at nearby agency on arrival. Complex is not gated. Never had problem finding parking nearby. There is a tennis court in complex. Also a recycling drop off area that we didn't discover until later in stay. There were beach chairs, beach blanket, beach towels, and quite a few games in unit. Also a Brita water filter pitcher in kitchen that we used as water didn't taste great. Kitchen was well stocked except for limited spoons. We had a wonderful 5 week visit! Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For us it is very important to rent a property that is clean, specially because we're allergic. I can say this property was all clean, no dust anywhere, no weird smells inside the sink or dishwasher, no dust on bed quilts, toilets spotless. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The wifi works great, my husband and I worked from there and our kids were also able to do virtual learning and the internet speed was excellent. The pool was very close and it was quiet, probably because it was October. So I was able to work from there using my phone as hot spot while my kids took a break at the pool. The app is very convenient because it gives directions on where the property is and we didn't get lost when we arrived. They forgot to give us the code in the paperwork we picked up, but I called them and they immediately gave me the code, so that was good and I like they didn't left us waiting. The washing machine and dryer inside the unit was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked, we didn't need anything else to cook our meals. And it was nice that the managing company left enough bags and toilet paper for our whole stay and dishwasher pods and laundry pods for at least 3 days. Supermarkets, restaurant and the beach is super close, the location is excellent. The decor of the apartment is very nice and tasteful. The walk to the beach was about 20 min for us, but it was a very nice walk. I recommend this place and I will definitely consider it again in our next visit to HHI.

Wonderful Week
