Located just short drive from the sugar-sand beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel, once you arrive at Palm Palace you may never want to leave! With it's unique one-level layout, this home is ideal for a small or large group of up to 22 people! Great care has been taken to provide a resort-like feel with everything you could want for a relaxing and memory-making vacation experience! If you do choose to venture out, the house is within minutes of numerous high demand locations!

The layout of this extremely spacious property is as follows:

Main House:
Master Bedroom (Has attached master bath with double vanity and custom tile shower with dual shower heads): King Bed - Sleeps 2, Smart TV in this bedroom
Bunk Room: (4 Double Beds) - Sleeps up to 8. Smart TV in this Bedroom

Guest Room: Queen Bed - Sleeps 2. Smart TV in this Bedroom

A guest bath with a tub and shower is located in the hallway between the bunk room and guest room.

Additional sleeping in main house: 2 queen sofa sleepers in living room - Sleeps up to 4, most comfortable for children

The main house also has a full kitchen, living room (Smart TV in Living Room), dining room, game room with a ping pong table and shuffle board table, Arcade style game console with over 3000 games, and additional half bathroom/powder room.

Golf trip group it was a perfect spot for 9 people together. All kitchen area was great weather wasn’t fantastic but the pool was hot and nice. We will be back!

The property was great! Spacious and very fun. All the tv and open spaces made it so easy to have a blast watching the games and hanging with friends. All the rooms were also very comfy and amazing to sleep in. Would come back again! The hosts were great as well!

The house didn’t have basic supplies. It was extremely bare (no clothes pins/chip clips, no screw drivers, no markers, no tape, no tin foil, only a couple rolls of toilet paper, 4 pods for the dishwasher, etc). The pool area and pool were very dirty. There were no coolers or bags to bring to the beach. I have never stayed at a vrbo that was so cheap. And we stayed for 8 days so I would expect more.

Very Family Friendly and Beautiful surroundings

It was a pleasure to have the pool & the Pool house, and plenty of room for Privacy, if you like to read, and games to play, also a Ping Ball Table! I would recommend this location as being perfect for shopping as well as short distance to Beach as well as Sanabel Island, a beautiful Iland! Great house for our group

This house was great for the three families that we traveled with. There was plenty of room for our theee families. The outdoor area was our favorite space. We spent our days in the pool and our evenings on the lanai. The pool was one of the largest I have seen in a home. The ping pong and games were great for the kids. We were 20 min from the beach.

House was lovely and easy to get to. We were only there a couple of days but we could not use the pool. It was very cloudy and not clean.

Amazing Property!!!!

We rented this property for our family vacation. We traveled with babies and small children, their adult parents and us (grandparents.) Everyone had their own space for sleep and showers. The open layout, outdoor kitchen, pool, and proximity to the beach, grocery, Lakes Park, churches and golf course made this the perfect rental for us. The owners communication was above and beyond. Hope to rent again and again!

Beautiful Spring Break Vacation

Our families would highly recommend any family or group rent this VRBO. My sister and her family along with our family stayed here for a week in April. Between our two families we had 16 people. This was PERFECT! The teens loved the pool house while the others in our group loved the openness of the home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We highly recommend the Lake parks nearby and the Veranda Restaurant in downtown Ft Meyers. Thank you for an amazing vacation in beautiful south Florida! We will be back!

Property was even better than the pictures. It says it holds 22, and some of the beds looked small in the pictures. When you see them, they are ALL at least queen, and even though we only kept 19 there, we could have EASILY added 3 more! House was very clean. Owner communicated very well, and even checked in on us making sure we were doing okay! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

RELAXING family gat away...

This property has everything you need to ENJOY a relaxing vacation. The house has all of the essentials... screened in pool area, fantastic outside bar with wine fridge, two mini fridges plus an amazing grill. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards knives you name it!!! This home is a GEM 💎 The separate pool house was GREAT! A VERY PLEASANT experience!!! My family and I will DEFINITELY book again with Jessica. She was an AMAZING host and was very responsive to all of our questions/ needs. Check-in and out was a breeze. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our time in Ft. Myers was thanks to Jessica and her BEAUTIFUL property ☀️🌴✈️ THANK YOU!!!! and we can’t wait to return ☀️

Perfect family getaway spot

This house is fabulous for any family gatherings. We had 17 people in our group - 14 of which stayed at the house and everyone loved it! Everyone had a bed, plenty of bathrooms for all and lots of great gathering places. The outdoor pool and bar/seating area was perfect for daytime and evening fun! The open floor plan was perfect for the family to spread out and the kids to enjoy. The house came with pool & bath towels for each guest. It also provided pool and beach toys and floaties! It also came with a high chair for our little one which was so helpful not to have to travel with that. It also has a washer and dryer which was great and a full stocked kitchen of dishes, cups, utensils, cooking pans, etc. The house is set up and ready for any family or group gathering!! We’ve already booked for next year!

Great place, but needed to address some things

This is a beautiful, large and very fun home located in a great location and neighborhood. However we felt that the property didn't align with our previous experiences we've had in VRBO homes and fell short of our expectations. Specifically with cleanliness like towels, sheets, and kitchen cookware/utensils. We shared our concerns with the host and she quickly apologized and addressed them immediately. There was a larger issue we raised (e.g., mold in the kitchen and in the patio area) that wasn't addressed during our stay, but we did make them aware of it as we had a child with asthma staying at the home. The kids with us all had fun and likely didn't know the difference, and we still enjoyed our stay thanks to the host addressing the concerns. Our group would suggest there be some things upgraded to further align with other VRBO experiences and it would easily have 5 stars.

Overall, just what we needed

Overall, this is exactly what we needed when we booked the place. It was a fantastic space for our three families to enjoy while we were there over the winter. There were tons of furniture and seating to never feel cramped and plenty of places to sit and eat all together. The bar area was absolutely fantastic. And there were enough bathrooms to take care of all 14 of us without issue and the kids really liked the gaming room. The pool was heated very warm, which made us very happy to use it on the days where temperatures remained under 70 degrees. It felt warmer in the pool than outside. Jessica had great communication with us during the stay, rapidly answering the few questions we had.The only issues were there was some water damage and mold on the lanai. We don't have issues with sensitivities but some folks might. I'm sure it's still leftover damage from Hurricane Ian. The pool chemicals were also pretty harsh the first two days. Some of the kids got rashes, but after they calmed down and by the third day everything seemed just fine and there were no further issues. Probably just a little overdone by the pool caretakers and really no big deal. All-in-all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place for a large group.

This property was everything we could ask for plus more for our party of fifteen that was in town for a wedding in Ft. Myers. Our party ranged in ages from 1.5 to 80. The location is convenient as could be to Ft. Myers, the beaches, and RSW with none being greater than a 20 minute drive. The location is even convenient to an executive golf course across the street. Check in was a breeze and the place was immaculately clean. Communication with Jessica was clear and frequent. She was welcoming and addressed any questions and concerns we had. The communications from the rental company were concise but specific with information and instructions. With two separate houses, it allowed for one of the families to occupy the pool house and stay away from the hustle and bustle of the main house. The property was well stocked with supplies and even had equipment for the beaches and the pool. There were board games and puzzles which added to the entertainment in the house. The internet signal was strong and without hitch through the entire stay. And the televisions were equipped to stream many apps. The biggest positive for us was the newly built lanai. There was plenty of couch seating, a bar with two refrigerators, a wine rack, a blue tooth enable speaker system, and a more than adequate grill. We spent the most time out here, having meals even, and whenever it was too warm, we would just take a dip in the pool. Check out the pictures and the descriptions.
