We had a wonderful stay at this Destin condo! The beach access was amazing, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The condo itself was modern, very clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and we really appreciated that there were plenty of towels as well as extra sheets for the pull-out sofa.The only downside was with the building/beach setup rather than the condo itself. The umbrellas and beach chairs are placed very close together, which can make it a little difficult to navigate and access the beach, especially when it’s crowded.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The beautiful views, convenient beach access, cleanliness, and comfort made for a great vacation!

We enjoyed everything about the condo except for the sleepless nights. The mattress was flat and lumpy. We woke up every morning in pain. Good nights, restful sleeps are paramount. Please purchase a new mattress to ensure that the next guests have wonderful slumber....it is a must.

Older property. did not know it was non-smoking on the entire property. Smaller than it appeared in the photos. Washer on each floor not in the room. Washer didn't work all week on my floor. Chelsea was broke on one side. Dishwasher door was broke. I thought there should be towels offered at the pool which there were none. But we made the best of it and had a good time

Nothing bad to say! Condo was great view of beach from kitchen to balcony was amazing. Amenities were terrific!

Check in process was easy. The condo itself could use some updating. None of the doors will shut completely. The shower knob leaks water like a colander. It was a wonder we had water pressure. The king size bed was very comfy. No ceiling fan though in bedroom so you might want to bring your own little fan. The bath and half was very convenient. Except when you turned the exhaust fan on it would blow out dust/dirt. I’d say the filter needs to be changed out. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes. The dishwasher door is sprung so when you lower it drops straight down. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Overall I’d give this condo a 6 maybe 7. It just doesn’t have a beach vibe to it. Lighter paint and better interior design and lighting would do wonders for it. I’d stay again but it won’t be my first choice. Plus you can’t have personal umbrellas on the beach. Cost anywhere from 50-55 depending on which row you get for 2 chairs and umbrella.

We stay yearly

Everything was good except the shower wouldn’t drain it was clogged with hair and razor tops from previous guest

4.5 Stars overall. The couch looked as if it needed a deep cleaning and the ongoing construction can be loud (thus is not the owners problem). Otherwise fantastic stay and great price!

Beautiful area - pool closed during our stay

My sister and I enjoy taking our Mom to Destin. We stayed here two years ago and loved it. The only disappointing thing that happened this year is that the pool was closed for our entire stay. We were not notified of this ahead of time. That is why I only rated it 4 stars.
