The Space:

Located directly on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico, SunDestin Beach Resort is a great vacation destination. There’s many onsite amenities, including an outdoor, a fitness center, sauna, and more! Additional seasonal amenities include a tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Plus, the Scenic Stays team is alway available at the 24 hour front desk.



SunDestin 604 is a bright and airy one-bedroom condo with sleeping for up to six guests. Walk through the front door and you’ll find the master bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, and a hall bunk. At the end of the entry hall is the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of room to cook a quick breakfast, or settle in for dinner after a long day of exploring the Destin area. It overlooks the dining and living room and all have views of the gorgeous waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Step onto the balcony to find seating for four to enjoy a sunrise or sunset. Back inside, the living area has a large TV and DVD player to take advantage of the complimentary DVD rentals that are included in your stay. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and there’s twin bunks in the hall that are great for kids. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, so the condo sleeps up to six guests.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



SunDestin Beach Resort is only minutes from Destin’s many shopping and dining centers, including Harborwalk Village, just four miles west, and Destin Commons, four miles east. At the Village, you’ll also find an array of watersports, such as waverunners, parasailing, and snorkeling. Don’t wait any longer to book SunDestin 604- we’re always ready to welcome you!



Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pool.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
