This property features expansive on-site amenities, including a newly-renovated outdoor pool. Get in a workout at the fitness facility then relax in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Pick up some souvenirs in the lobby gift shop, then retreat to your room with complimentary DVD rentals. SunDestin boasts over 3,000 s.f. of meeting room space, making it the perfect destination for weddings, reunions, and business functions. Seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1502 is a lovely one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. This restful sanctuary brims with light and sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. You’ll find plenty of cozy seating in the living room and chairs for six at the dining table. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything needed to create fabulous meals and entertain, with plenty of counter and cabinet space, as well as a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience. Enjoy the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf, or catch a game on one of two large, flat screen televisions. When it’s time to get some shuteye, retire either to the master suite with king-sized bed, the twin bunks nestled in the hallway, or the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room.



SunDestin Beach Resort, located in the heart of Destin, is just minutes from a multitude of activities. Take the whole family to a water park or charter a boat and meander about for dolphin sightings. Spend an afternoon parasailing or scuba diving, exploring Destin’s natural and man-made reefs, or take leisurely strolls on the beach.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pools.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
