Location, location, location! This 2 bed/2 full bath (sleeps 6) Sea Shell Condominium is steps away from Siesta's snow white Crescent Beach. It sits across the street from the famous Captain Curt's Plaza with restaurants, coffee bar, ice cream and gift shops. The grocery and drug store/post office are a short 3-4 minute walk.

The complex offers swimming pool, beach chairs for residents, charcoal grills and a covered picnic area (first come first serve) for your convenience. The unit offers beach towels, a well equipped kitchen, outdoor patio area and nice sized family and dining rooms. Come stay for a long weekend or an extended stay, you will have all of the beach, comfort and convenience you can wish for!

We loved the location and condo was very nice. The available beach accessories were awesome and coffee & ice cream right across the road was a plus! Our gorgeous beach walks were great - a fitness room would be a plus!

Such a wonderful place!!

We came in for a girls trip. Amanda was INCREDIBLE!!!! Communication was spot on and they were so helpful! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat!

Perfect stay

Amanda was super friendly and accommodating. The condo was so close to the beach which was perfect for our elderly mom. The accommodations were clean, roomy and comfortable.

Great place, ideal location

This condo was perfect for our stay! Great location! super close to the beach and everything you need is within walking distance. Captain Curt’s is right across the street along with multiple shops and other restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

We counted 77 steps from the door to the sand! We loved it! Location was perfect and we loved walking across the street to many yummy restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and accommodations

Loved the location about midway between town center and southern end, across from several dining options and shopping and on beach. Condo was really lovely and well furnished for our needs. Wasn't sure about pool location - but ended up being great, never many people there and shaded later in the day after a long day in the sun was ok! Truly enjoyed our entire trip!

Excellent property. Easy walk to the beach and sunset. Close to many restaurants and a quick drive to Siesta Key Village and Publix. Close to everything from the real world, but still in paradise.

Friends weekend trip

Location location location! Right across the street from captain Curt’s to eat and nightlife! Anna’s deli is a must when in siesta key! The condo was great. Close to beach and clean. We had a blast!
