As soon as you arrive at Grayt Escape you'll notice the large front porch and spacious upstairs balcony, full of southern charm and coastal elegance, a wonderful place to enjoy a cup of coffee to start the day. Inside, the hardwood floors, crown molding, and open floor plan all make Grayt Escape the ideal place to spend your next vacation. The first floor is home to the main living area and boasts a 65" smart flat screen TV with plenty of seating in addition to a formal dining area with seating for ten. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs and also provides additional seating with 4 bar stools.
Grayt Escape has four bedrooms, each with their own private en suite bathroom. The first floor bedroom has a king sized bed, 65" smart flat screen TV and bathroom with shower/tub combo, making it great for those with limited mobility. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with a 40" flat screen TV, bathroom with shower/tub combo and access to the upstairs balcony. The third bedroom/bunk room has a full over full and twin over twin bunk beds, attached bathroom with walk in shower as well as access to the upstairs balcony. The fourth bedroom and master suite has a king sized bed, walk-in closet, loveseat and a 65" smart flat screen TV. The spa-inspired master bathroom has a dual sink vanity, walk in shower and jacuzzi bathtub making it nothing short of luxurious.
Grayt Escape has a grill, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and a wagon provided for guests to help make your day at the beach carefree and fun. The two community pools (one heated during winter and spring break) as well as the tennis/pickle ball courts are an excellent option for those days when you need a break from the sand.
All within 1/2 mile of Grayt Escape is a local organic grocery store, yoga, homemade ice cream, bakery serving fresh baked goodies, coffee and donut shop. The area also has numerous restaurants and stores at the Shops of Grayton Beach, the infamous Red Bar and, most impressive, the very majestic place of Grayton Beach State Park, named the #1 best beach in the country in 2020! Bike rental service is also nearby and has everything you need to explore the area on 2 wheels. Only a short drive away and you can stock up with whatever necessities you may need at the local Publix and/or Wal-Mart.
