Experience Your Vacation Haven
Located just off scenic 30A on a private street is Sandy Bottoms in the Las Palmas community. This three story Mediterranean style home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably, making this the perfect choice for large families and friend groups looking to have the space and comforts they need.
As you walk into the first floor of this beachside gem, youâll be greeted by an open concept floor plan and rustic furnishings, boasting a welcoming feel to all who enter. The hub of this space is the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and breakfast bar for added seating. The kitchen overlooks the dining area featuring a six person table for large group gatherings. The living room has ample seating and a flat screen TV which leads out to the back deck. Grill up a great meal and enjoy the Florida weather!
On the first floor, youâll also find the master bedroom with en suite bath. The rest of the guestrooms span across the second and third floors giving everyone the space they need. On the second floor, youâll find two guest bedrooms with a full bath. On the third floor, there is one last guest room, a den with sleeper sofa, and a full bath. This den is a great spot for the kids to watch TV, so the adults can unwind downstairs. The home also features flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, along with balconies on the second and third floors for slow mornings and sunset views. There are even partial Gulf views from the third floor balcony and an additional mini fridge and Keurig on this floor for easy morning coffee creation. With a half bath and laundry on the first floor, everyone will have the extras they need for a comfortable trip.
Only a three minute stroll away, youâll find multiple beach access points and all the sugar white sands and emerald waters you need to wash those troubles away! From your rental, youâll also have easy access to Gulf Place for food and fun, including beloved restaurants like Shunk Gulley, bars, boutique shopping, ice cream and coffee shops, salons, gyms, and more. Or if youâre ready to get outdoors, 30Aâs 17-mile bike path is right outside the neighborhood, stretching from Dune Allen to Rosemary Beach. No pets permitted.
