Disponible du 6 au 13 juillet en raison d'une annulation. Cette grande maison de ville a vue sur le golfe depuis le salon, salle à manger, balcon, et surtout de la grande Master Suite et de son coin salon. De la porte d'entrée, il est à seulement 90 mesures pour mettre vos orteils dans le sable de sucre blanc mousseux et les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. BEACH accÚs se fait via promenade privée - pas de rues ou de routes à traverser. Depuis le balcon, vous pouvez surveiller les enfants qui nagent dans la piscine ou jouer dans la grande cour ci-dessous. Regarder la télévision à grand écran dans le salon, tandis que les enfants regarder la télévision ou jouer à des jeux à l'étage en dessous.
Internet sans fil, un lecteur de DVD fourni.

Les quatre chambres sont mis en place pour un maximum de flexibilitĂ©: La suite principale dispose d'un lit king; une autre chambre avec un lit queen; une troisiĂšme chambre a de trĂšs longs lits jumeaux qui peuvent ĂȘtre rapprochĂ©s pour faire une unitĂ© de king-size; la quatriĂšme chambre a deux lits rĂ©guliers. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision.

Santa Rosa Beach est axée sur la famille - pas de condos de grande hauteur ou les hÎtels. En plus de l'accÚs facile à la plage et la piscine, vous pourrez également vous promener à plusieurs gros par des restaurants, des boutiques et des concerts de musique (Place du Golfe amphithéùtre). Vélo / jog / marcher 18 mile pavée piste cyclable 30A (de location de vélos à proximité). Jouer au golf ou au tennis à Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.

Plenty of room to spread out and with 4 bedrooms could accommodate all of my kids and grandkids. Super easy access to the beach and pool. Great trip!!

Family Vacation

A family friendly place. Loved the closeness of the pool and beach. We also enjoyed the shops and restaurants in walking distance. The host was amazing with communication and customer service.

Beach view and a short walk

Unit could handle two small families based on good setup with beach view on the top two floors. Kids enjoyed the warm pool. Short walk to the beach. Also, within a 5-10 minute walk to Goatfeathers and Shunk Gulley.

Great stay! Perfect location.

This was our first time vacationing in Santa Rosa Beach and it did not disappoint! This house was in the perfect location next to the pool, close to the beach and near all kinds of shops and restaurants. It was a great size allowing everyone to have their own space. The house was clean and the owner was very friendly and attentive to any questions we had. I could definitely see us coming back here again!

Great beach vacation property.

When we arrived we found the place clean and very welcoming. The living space was big enough to accomodate all eight of us that were staying there(four adults and four teens). There are plenty of dishes and linens for your use, so you won't need to bring any towels and wash cloths. The owner was quick to respond to any and all questions. Both before and during our stay. We will definitely consider using this property when we stay in the same area again.

Perfect Santa Rosa Beach Getaway

Awesome townhouse in The Sea Haunts that’s close to a lot of family friendly places in Santa Rosa Beach!! Raymond was awesome with fantastic availability. The unit was clean and perfect for our family of 7. The pool and hot tub are perfect for the Red Flag days at the beach. The beach is only a 2 minute walk from the front door! The unit has beach umbrellas and chairs to take so you don’t have to rent anything unless you’d like to. Walk to restaurants, ice cream, a local artist venue, the beach, the pool
.you almost don’t need a car while you’re here. Wonderful clean townhouse with great amenities that’s close to everything. Love this place and you will too!

Nice space close to beach

We had an enjoyable stay. The layout of the house took some getting used to (you have to walk through one bedroom to get to another), but it wasn’t anything that would keep us from staying there again. 90 steps to the beach is a little bit of a stretch- it was more like 250, but still not far at all and the views were lovely. Its also a stretch to say that you can watch the kids in the pool. Perhaps you could if there weren’t trees between the house and the pool (the pool is right next to the house, but you can’t necessarily see it from the balcony). Overall though, the gated community was nice and the pool was great. It was convenient to the shops without being next to the super crowded part of the beach. The owner was helpful in helping us get our left behind phone charger back.

Enjoyed our stay

Our family enjoyed ourselves using this unit. The AC had issues BEFORE we arrived and the owner took care of it promptly - and other than stepping around HVAC workers on Monday, there were no real issues. Let me give you the bad first. This unit [as do most of them in the area] has steps. Three levels with two staircases, which for someone who can't do steps, they would need to know. For us, it wasn't an issue, other than we had a toddler and had to make sure he was careful. For elderly travelers, this could be an issue. An other issue we had revolved around supplies. Only two trash bags were inside the unit, and TP was limited. Also, ants were bad in the kitchen, though I suspect, it had nothing to do with our unit, as we saw numerous ants working outside in the yard and walkway area's. Keeping food in air tight containers helped. But you must keep the kitchen clean and food free, otherwise, the ants win. However, the good far outweighted those few bad things. The unit is very close to the water and swiming pool. It's also very close to numerous eating and shopping places. The gated community was a nice touch as well. Other than the previous guest stuffing cookies in the cushions of the couch [ guessing toddlers! :-) ] the unit was very clean, and the HVAC worked [once replaced] wonderfully. The owner had plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, dishes, etc to use. The cleaning people were at the unit on Sunday @ 9am. I think we had to be out by 10am ... so they're on top of things. Bottom line? We would come back, as we enjoyed ourselves, and the owner was very easy and nice to work with.

Amazing family vacation. Easy access to beach and restaurants

Excellent property. Lots of space! Beds are comfortable and condo clean. Lots of cookware, utensils, Tupperware, and dishes. Property manager is very responsive. My grandkids and kids give it 2 thumbs up. Highly recommend this place!

Retired siblings vacation

There were 8 retired folks in our group and we had a very good time. The stairs got a little tough by week's end, but fortunately there were railings on each side of the stairways which helped those of us with bad knees. The pool was very nice and the hot tub had nice, hot water. There was quite a bit of seaweed washing onto the beach, but one lady who was somewhat of a regular said it was due to the hurricane down south as she had never seen it like that before. It also caused rip current warnings our last two days. Otherwise the,beach was great. Well supplied kitchen as far as dishes and utensils, however don't expect spices or condiments. I'm sure that is due to pandemic issues as Ray, the landlord, has tried to accommodate all the renters' needs.

Perfect Beach House

Everything was exactly as described, but the descriptions could not capture the pure beauty and magic of the view. The beach truly was a short walk from the front door, you could hear the waves and smell the ocean. Even the rainy days weren’t bad at all. We had great family time playing games. I highly recommend any families that are trying to decide, should stay here.

Nice property

Easy to get in, but the gate didn't recognize our car to leave. Had to go outside and use the code to leave the property. The beds were great! The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and dishes! Enjoyed our stay!!

Great space and location

Great time in this 3 level condo. Nice to be so close to the beach and pool! We liked the added privacy of having the bedrooms on separate floors. Will say some new beds could improve the stay
. Had a couple of issues but manager was very quick to address them.
