Nice home and Paige's communication was great. The pool was left to the imagination, as it is only slightly bigger than a hot tub, but it did it's job at cooling you off. The home lacks ceiling fans, which I thought was odd for a FL home on the beach; thank God we travel with a "travel fan" for our room at night. The private path to the beach is pretty, but loads of steps and definitely not handicap friendly. The elevator does not work, which we didn't know until I asked when we arrived and that could have gone poorly had we reserved specifically for that purpose and were traveling with someone who was handicap and actually needed to use it; mom's knees are bad, but she made do and just taking it slow on the stairs throughout.I didn't know about the linens in the downstairs bedroom not being clean, until my eldest child arrived on day 3 after work. ( eyelashes and hair in the bedding) Would have been nice for a covered porch for coffee and scenic views, because that sun gets hot really quick. (Food for thought)Overall nice home, just should specify in the listing about no fans, elevator not working is a must to list and the ice machine is very, very, slow if you empty it. We enjoyed our trip, but the noise and bright lights at night being right on 30A makes me appreciate our slice of paradise we found near Appalachicola on the beach. Thanks for the memories for America's 250!
