Sleeps 10 in beds, community has a private boat launch & guests can access the boat house & sun deck. TV's in all the rooms, fiber internet, stand alone ice maker & all the amenities you need to enjoy the great outdoors! Quiet neighborhood. Please keep outside noise to a minimum. No large parties or gatherings are allowed.

Perfect place on lake Guntersville! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House has plenty of space and easy level access to the water. Water was too low to use the boat house but the dock had plenty of room for our three boats. The stand alone ice maker is a huge bonus!Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and home. My husband and son caught 30 bass off the boat dock and using kayaks in the cove. Very peaceful. It was a great week.

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property on the lake, and appreciated the MANY ammenities provided which made the place feel like home for a little while. I would love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend on the lake!

Family-friendly, amazing one level property with limited steps in and out of house and porch. Great yard and easy walk to newly renovated dock. We've been coming to Guntersville Lake for many years for family vacations and this was one of the best docks we've experienced. Caught fish right from the dock. The water might be a little shallow depending on time of year but we had no problem with our bass boat. Electrical outlets easy to access to charge batteries. Boat dock was 5 minutes away and parking beside and in front of house was easy to access to park the boat trailer for several days and allow our cars to be in front of house for easy come and go. We cooked several meals in the well-appointed kitchen. We enjoyed local retail such as Unclaimed Baggage, Hammers, TJ Maxx, and Scottsboro Goodwill. House within 10 minutes of Walmart, Publix, and Foodland. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Hope to be back soon to enjoy the back porch and the seating area on top of the dock.

Perfect home on the lake

Nice kept up home on the lake. Slept 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably. Perfect location within driving distance to everything in town.
