Beach home nestled between the beach and the bay

Our place on Bay Road is nestled between the ocean and the bay. It is a unique retro beach home. There are two apartments with two separate entrances. You can rent one side or both if you are vacationing with friends or extended family. We are 200 steps to the Ocean with a private beach and we have beautiful bay views from the porch. There are refreshing outside showers to use after a fun filled day at the beach. The backyard has a gas grill that goes perfectly with the outside kitchen. This is our family beach home and our children grew up spending their summers on Bay Road. It is a very special place to us and I'm sure you will love it too.

Excellent place to stay!

This is a great beach house! It is located right next to the beach and in very close range to everything in Bethany. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Great place for a family.

Great place to stay with your family. Very close to the beach and an easy drive to the boardwalks. Since the area is mostly homes, the beaches are less populated which was a bonus. The house was clean and nicely set up. Would stay there again if the opportunity comes around.

Perfect rental!

We rented this place as part of a family beach vacation and it was 1000% perfect for our needs. The owner was great with communication and was so kind when we had to adjust our stay. We will definitely be recommending this rental to others and won't hesitate to rent again if needed in the future.

Short Weekend Getaway

Our stay at the Orange Crush was absolutely wonderful! Since the property was west of downtown Bethany, the beach wasn't crowded at all. The beach was a short walk away (220 steps!). The house had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Excellent stay!

Great location! Steps from the beach; Karen’s place was lovely! Super clean; she had the basics that really helped for the 2 days! For example toilet paper; paper towel; shampoo, soap and conditioner! We will come back! Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us! ❀

Great 36 hours!

We had a great stay here and wish we could've stayed even longer. The house was very clean, bright and airy. The host left welcome drinks in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The walk to the beach couldn't have been any easier. The provided beach toys were perfect for our kids and we loved having the chairs. We saw dolphins at sunrise each morning. First time in Bethany Beach and we'd definitely return to this house!

Relax A Little

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ Orange Crush in Bethany this summer. Only wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was very clean and well stocked. It felt very open for its size. With a big rear deck & a roomy front porch there was plenty of space to relax. The beds are very comfortable. Our host was very helpful after we ran into a couple of small snafus (internet service related) & did their best to resolve them. The road was quiet & it's a just a short walk to a private beach. We'll definitely consider spending more time in Bethany & this great property.

Brad and I spent our summers on Bay road with our family for over 25 years. Eight years ago Brad "semi" retired and I continued my career as a teacher at a local school in Bethany. Our son always said, "Move to where you like to vacation, then find a new vacation spot." That is exactly what we did.We love the beach life and the beach vibe and are happy to share it with you and your family/friends.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

My father in law and my wonderful mother in law purchased this property on Bay Road beside the ocean 28 years ago as a place to gather and enjoy all that Bethany has to offer. Warm sand, tasty waves, fine fishing, delicious restaurants, backyard picnics and lots of time to enjoy his family. It is amazing how fast 25 years pass. My husband, Brad and I moved to Bethany 8 years ago full time. When his parents were no longer able to enjoy this unique place on Bay Road beside the ocean, we decided to purchase it to share with others.

Our place on Bay Road is a hidden gem. We are are 200 steps to a private beach. A back yard, with a grill and outside kitchen and space is absolutely wonderful for families and friends to gather.
