A stunning ground-floor property offering over 3,000 square feet of extraordinary single level living in one of Punta Mita’s most desirable residential communities, together with the ability to access all of Club Punta Mita’s amenities and experiences through the associated Club Punta Mita Premier membership.

The large, open-floor concept celebrates Mexico’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle with a spacious living and dining area with walls of large sliding glass doors leading to the expansive covered terrace and outdoor dining area.

Both bedrooms have sizable full bathrooms and generous built-in closet space. The master bedroom has direct access to a front terrace that showcases beautiful tropical gardens from the king bed, as well as a private, open-air outdoor extension of the bedroom and bath. The second bedroom, suited with two full-size beds, is as large as the master bedroom, and also has abundant closet space and a large closed-off bathroom area. There is also an additional room with a bunk bed, ideal for 2 extra people.- The residence has a guest powder room and laundry room off of the main hallway. Condo Pacifico-11 has a spacious yard bordered by tropical landscaping with view-scapes beyond to the Careyeros hillside in Punta Mita.

Known for its central location and “Mexico-modern” architectural design, Las Terrazas is located on the 14th fairway of Pacifico Golf Course and is a short walk or golf cart ride away to Punta Mita’s 4 beach clubs, 2 Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, and Four-Seasons-managed Tennis & Fitness facility.

Great Property!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities! Highly enjoyed our stay. Concierge was extremely helpful and prompt with responding to our needs. The beach clubs were amazing and loved that we were able to walk to town if we wanted to instead of use a golf cart. Communication before our stay was easy and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful Stay in Punta Mita

I recently stayed at this property with my family. The condo is wonderful, as are the concierge and the property manager. The unit is beautiful and well equipped. We cooked many meals in and also enjoyed dining in town and at the beach clubs. This property gives you access to the beach clubs, which is a fabulous benefit. We look forward to returning to this wonderful property.

Concierge was always attentive. Maid service was very good. Condo had no view at all - website led u to believe a golf course view with pool. Door latch was broken. We were locked out. Toilet in bedroom did not flush. Repairman fixed both both problems continued. Issues with hot water, oven (didn’t know u had to light oven with a match, )terrible Wi-Fi - couldn’t watch anything more than a minute w/breakdown. Beds were comfortable

Fine if you know what you're getting (I didn't)

I've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals. I expect a certain level of creativity in how a property is described / displayed vs how it is in reality. I have never come across anything like this. I have never felt an inclination to ask to leave after a day at a rental. In this case I felt compelled to do so. 1) The locks on the sliding patio doors to the back do not function. So you basically are living in an unlocked apartment. Yes, you're in Punta Mita, which is ridiculously safe. But if you have small kids or for other reasons this is non-negotiable for you, look elsewhere. 2) There is a TON of road noise at the back from a service road, and the windows offer no sound insulation. Quiet in the middle of the night. Otherwise expect tons of truck noise (I presume all the construction vehicles come through this road?), moped noise, etc. If you're not hard of hearing consider looking elsewhere. 3) The condo is very run-down. I don't need a super fancy place. But this unit is in serious need of repairs. One trivial but glaring thing -- they (badly) photoshopped a wooden deck to smudge out the holes in the deck where it had rotted away. Just lots and lots of small things where maintenance is needed (stained toilet seats, dishwasher falling apart, stained comforter on the bed, etc., etc.), and presumably because the unit is for sale as-is they don't want to bother putting money into fixes. This is probably the cheapest rental in Punta Mita. The pool is great, the access to beach clubs is perfect, the people who get you settled are very nice. But -- it is simply not as advertised, and has significant flaws (doors that don't lock, crazy road noise). We reached out to the management company the morning after we arrived asking to be let out of our reservation. I hadn't heard back after a few hours, I texted them again, when I didn't hear back I called VRBO an initiated a dispute process. An hour or two later (maybe because I called VRBO, maybe just because the owner had to provide approval and they took some time to be reached) they agreed to let us leave early, and refunded the remainder of our stay. In retrospect the lack of reviews should have kept me from renting the unit. Lesson learned.

Great vacation spot!

We honestly loved our recent stay here with our family of 5! We had read a negative review of this property on VRBO but after reading reviews on other sites, we felt really comfortable booking this property, and we weren't disappointed! The location is so convenient, and Eduardo, the concierge, was incredibly helpful! We really didn't make any meals other than easy breakfasts so can't comment on the kitchen amenities. However, everything else was great - condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The best part of this property is having access to the beach clubs. They were all amazing! We definitely recommend renting a golf cart, and Eduardo made it so easy to do by having it delivered and picked up. We will be back to Punta Mita and wouldn't hesitate staying here again!
