Sandy Hill Cottage- Newly renovated beach retreat, perfect for families

Newly renovated hilltop retreat minutes from Brewster beaches. Sunny and spacious, your perfect spring, summer, or fall escape! Centrally located in Brewster, this is the ultimate home base to explore all the Cape has to offer. Linens provided and AC mini-splits throughout!

Sun-filled living/ dining area with soaring ceilings. Three oversized bedrooms, sleeps 8. King master bedroom, king second bedroom, third bedroom with four twin beds. Both full baths are huge and were completely redone in 2021. Master bathroom offers rainfall showerhead in a spacious walk-in shower. Fully equipped spacious kitchen and dining room are a delight to cook and entertain in. Sun streams into the house all times of day.

Expansive back deck for dining and lounging, bonus side deck perfect to hide away with a good book or enjoy your morning coffee. Retractable awning over deck provides shade and rain cover over the outdoor dining table if needed. The inviting yard includes trees and boulders to climb, a tree swing, and lots of room for family lawn games. The house and yard are surrounded by trees which create a private, peaceful setting. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after the beach.

Since we have young children of our own, we are particularly focused on providing a kid-friendly experience: This rental provides kids' toys (magnatiles, duplos, puzzles, books, beach pails and shovels, outdoor games, etc.) and family games (dominoes, Parcheesi, Uno, Scrabble, Jenga, etc). Kid equipment includes two pack-n-plays (please provide your own crib sheets), Fisher Price booster seat, and kid cups/ plates/ bowls/ utensils. Beach equipment includes 6 chairs, beach towels, pails and shovels, sand toys, beach wagon, cooler.

New in 2023: New landscaping stone steps to front door and back yard. New front walkway, landscaping updates. TV added in the basement rec room.

Cleaning fee:
$350 cleaning fee for 1 week reservations. This includes bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels.
Cleaning after multi-week stays adds $50/week ($400 after 2 weeks, $450 after 3 weeks, and so on).

We do not accept pets. No smoking on property.

We provide paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) upon your arrival. Depending upon your usage amount, you may need to replenish your own during your stay. We provide hand soap, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags.
