This beautiful and spacious apartment is its own floor in a newly-renovated 1890 Victorian. Conveniently located between Allentown and Elmwood Village, this neighborhood is vibrant, young, and central to all of Buffalo's top attractions.

The house you'll be staying in was built in 1891, and is situated across from the former site of the William Fargo mansion. Fargo, founder of the Wells Fargo Stagecoach Company, was the Mayor of Buffalo during one of the city's most prosperous periods, and at the time this home was built, the owners would have looked onto the mansion's expansive grounds from the porch.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other has a queen bed.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Buffalo. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars. The space was perfect for four adults to relax in. It was very convenient for both Niagara Falls and the Bills stadium. The architecture and furnishings were gorgeous, very Buffalo:). Also, the street parking was easy!

The neighbors upstairs were awful. Played music at levels so loud we couldn’t even hear the tv in our room. Baby crying all night and they were screaming and fighting all night. Horrible stay. We ended up leaving because it was so bad and landlord refused to take any responsibility even after I sent a video with the music playing loudly. Neighborhood is much more rough than was portrayed but this unit was relatively clean. That’s the best thing I can say. I would never stay in one of their properties again.

Close to everything. Very quaint and beautiful. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. No complaints at all. Not thing I would change would to put a television in the master bedroom.

Convenient location, sufficient parking, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Most of the furniture, including the bed in room 2, was mid-century modern and pretty low to the ground. I stubbed my toe on the leg of the bed which was hidden by the comforter.Reno is incomplete; 1/4 round has been removed in some areas (presumably in preparation for refinishing floors), leaving gaps between the floor and the wall. There is dirt in the cavity in the second bedroom (see photo). We weren’t fans of the lighting. Had to use my phone flashlight to read the display on the refrigerator ice & water dispenser. When we went to bed, we left the kitchen countertop lights on so we could see if we got up during the night. It turned off automatically, leaving us in the dark. We ended up having to use the task light on the piano - quite possibly the brightest light in the house - as a night light.

Stylish & very clean. Smart house with the lights took a little to get used to but loved the motion sensor lighting when you walked into the space. TV room in the back was cozy and got great sleep in comfortable beds.

Beautiful home

While there were so many dining/bar experiences we looked forward to, some of our favorite memories to take from this space were made on the porch! Thank you for maintaining the home so beautifully, Patrick! Before heading home, we were already talking about making our way back and hopefully will be able to snag this home again. Plenty of walkable restaurants, bars, also a great book store, coffee and bakery.

Amazing, Classic, Beautiful, Cozy Place

This Place was more than I expected. The pictures those not do justice to this place. It is Amazing Cozy and classic. Beautiful decorate it... The piano it is a nice touch. I will highly recommended. You will not regret it.

Home Away From Home

The home was very clean and had everything you need and the location was great. Neighborhood was very quiet and quaint. The communication with Patrick was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Patrick!

Beautiful place and great location

Very clean and modern but in a building with a lot of character and charm! The lighting created a zen atmosphere and the place was very spacious. Love the attention to detail. Also it was a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars close by!

Cozy flat
