This ~1300 sq ft. 3bedroom 1 bath apartment is minutes from downtown Buffalo NY full of entertainment . Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. House is on a quiet residential street with limited street parking. Very friendly neighborhood.

Main bedroom features a queen size bed with a 44 inch smart TV. The other 2 bedrooms feature twin size beds each with a 42" Roku Smart TV. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and cookware available. Free Wi-Fi provided. Covered front porch with patio furniture. A/C available. 50" inch Roku smart TV in living room as well. HEPA filter air purifiers in dining and living room.

I live downstairs. Lock boxes ensure there’s no need to coordinate schedules for self check in.

Home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay.

No cigarette smoking in apartment, outdoor on covered porch only.

420 friendly consuming inside apartment.

Security cameras available for safety on premises.
Carbon Monoxide detectors as well.

The place was perfect for a night stay after the bills game. Was able to perfectly accommodate the 6 of us while being able to have access to gas and any food we need. The balcony was also perfect to sit out and get some fresh air.

It all was a lovely place. The deck was really a great place to relax. Had most things you could want, the couches and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and walkable.

A for hospitality!!

Jerome was fantastic!! Great suggestions on site seeings. Be sure to check out Buffalo city hall observation deck with 360 views of the city. He was a very nice guy. He also welcomed us with a text even though it was late and he was at work. Check in process was smooth with great directions on self check in and self check out. Cleaning process when leaving was the easiest I've ever had. The covered patio area was nice for morning coffee. Plenty of room for the 4 adults on our trip. Not a complaint but a heads up that you need to be prepared to climb stairs cause they had me huffin and puffin! Only one set but this ol' southern girl wasn't use to that. When I read the listing I was a little confused as to exactly what size beds would be in the apartment but it's one king, one queen, and 2 singles. One of the singles was a little firmer than we like but that is personal preference. Also the street parking changes sides on certain days but if you follow what everybody else is doing you'll be good. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Comfortable stay

Great place, excellent comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and accurate description. The time limited access code for check-in was a stress inducer for us, as we experienced delays getting to the property after a very long drive and some car trouble, but communication with the host was great, so ultimately not a big problem. Would definitely stay again

1st Wedding Anniversary Trip

Great location, awesome host, very accommodating. The place has everything you need and if not most things are near by. It was just the two of us, so ample space. We would love to come back when it’s warm. Jerome was also responsive when needed. Even when we had a small issue he was extremely nice about it. He even told us about a potential parking issue!!! You gots to read, lol!! To sum it up there is so much to do here. AND it was nice not having to smoke outside, just like at home!!!!
