Really enjoyed our stay at this cute, comfortable home. Very clean, good location with easy access to tourist activities. Great neighborhood, very quiet. The home had everything we needed for our 1week stay. Plan to stay here again next time we visit the area!

Ransom Creek Retreat

The home was adorable, cozy, and had everything we needed for the weekend. It was the perfect location for our stay in the area. When we’re in the area again this is my first choice to stay. Loved this place on the creek.

Staycation

Needed a little local escape for a couple days and this place was perfect. Right on the river with a great view, excellent location and a warm friendly vibe. Will definitely be back.

Great escape from hotel life on the road! Quiet clean and peaceful. Just the right size place! Woodstove also makes it cozy! Not a single complaint. Hosts were also great and offered to assist with snow removal. Wasn’t necessary. The large buck in the field behind the house also had me from day one. I enjoyed seeing him, as well as the others, each evening. Will definitely stay here again!

Such a peaceful cozy house. Well equipped & decorated. All of our needs were met. Slept great in the loft bedroom & enjoyed the deck looking over Random Creek along with the perks of glimpses of wildlife. Would recommend for a couples getaway.

Excellent get away

Loved the home, easy to find, close to lots of things, and quite. We’d highly recommend for a couple or small family. We’ll appointed kitchen and super comfortable bed. Great hosts and communications.

Cottage by a creek

Nice spacious comfortable and well-appointed property for our stay with 3 people. One bedroom, and good inflatable air mattress. Location is quiet, but close to University at Buffalo. Would recommend to others.

I love this place, I feel like I am in a tree house very peaceful. My son and newest grandson live on Tonawanda Creek Rd so it so convenient as well. Since I am also cooking the kitchen is very well equipped. The only regret, I wish it was available more often!

Nice place!

Great place for me and hubby to be alone, hang out, sit by the creek and go to a lot of sightseeing places in the vicinity. Cute little neighborhood, didn’t even hear any neighbors. Saw deer, ducks and other wildlife. Super relaxing, house was nice and sufficiently supplied.

Parents Weekend at UB

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for parents' weekend at UB. It was a perfect spot for us. Only 10 minutes from campus, it offered us convenience and solitude. The home is very private and comfortable. Our hosts were very communicative and made us feel welcomed. We will be back!!

Beautiful

Honeymoon for me and my wife. Touring New York state. Location was amazing. Love the cabin. The small touches and inside was gorgeous. Within 30 mins of majority of things we wanted to do while in town. Came from southern Indiana to see Niagara Falls and perfect location for short drive to tourist spots but still have the comfort of not staying in the city. Cozy stay.

Charming little place in a peaceful area

This was a perfect play to stay for a weekend festival and some trips over to Niagara. The home was clean and inviting. The only minor issue we had was that the air conditioner either didn't have a very accurate thermostat, or was simply struggling to keep up with the summer heat. Fortunately we weren't staying in for the most part during daylight so it didn't matter that much.

Amazing find

This cabin was amazing. It started with the great views from the many windows to just sit and relax while watching the creek and wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked with a good set of knives and a wide variety of pans and cookware. For a vegetarian like me that likes to cook this was very helpful. But the best for last, the bed. This bed was so soft and comfortable i was jealous that it was better than my own. I highly recommend staying here and i hope you enjoy it as much as i did.

Wonderful!

Beautiful little cottage on a creek in quiet neighborhood. Very clean and stocked well. Hosts live close and are great with communication. Would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! A long weekend birthday getaway. First time in the area as well as first time to the falls. We felt right at home as soon as we pulled in! The size was perfect for my husband and I. And had all the comforts of home. Everywhere we went was just a short drive. Bill and Roseanne were very attentive to us. I would definitely recommend this property!
