The hosts were responsive, the condo was very well stocked and clean. The community was also very clean with two pools and a great exercise room. The location is perfect as it is central to everything and close to the beaches. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location and clean!

The place is very clean and well stocked. It is located close to a lot of things we wanted to do, and not to far from my daughter's place. Check in was easy, and Katerina and Adam are very nice and responsive. Great place to stay!!

Very nice, modern condo

Had a nice stay at this condo. It has everything you need. Close to grocery stores and not too far away from the beaches. Gated Community is clean and safe, pool and gym both in excellent condition.

Location location location!

We loved the location of this condo. It’s in a gated community, very close to grocery stores and great restaurants. Best part was how easy it was to get to Cape Coral where friends and family were staying. Adam was very responsive, even though we really didn’t need anything taken care of. We already booked for next year

Nice location, nice place, big master bedroom, easy to communicate with owner. Tiny little ants in kitchen and bathroom. Ant traps didn’t help. Main pool and exercise facility was terrific.

Host was friendly and easily accessible when needed. Condo was clean and bed was really comfortable. Pool was about a block walk and was clean and refreshing. Gated community accessible only by those living there. Stores right around the corner. Would stay there again.

great stay, but a few suggestions....

property was very clean, and just as listed. A few things that would make the unit better - need another chair in living room. Only one couch is not enough. Shower curtain was half the width it should have been and therefore troublesome. Not enough cutlery (only 4 settings) no hooks to hang bathing suits and towels, no fan in Lanai which every other unit has. Also - at check in - we were delayed as host was not available to let us past gate when we first checked in and we ended up having to wait until another car drove in and we were able to get through gates. (Fob thereafter) Growing pains I suppose.

Excellent condo!

We spent the Christmas holidays here at this lovely condo. The location is perfect...close to EVERYTHING! It was spotless and the decor is so terrific. Adam was terrific to communicate with...always prompt and ready with an answer. We will definitely be back. :)

Home base for our stay in Ft. Myers

The property was very clean and well appointed. It met our needs. Everything was in working order. Adam is a “hands on” manager of this property, never out of reach. He answered every question that arose in a friendly, helpful manner.
