Stay in our Renovated Ranch on 1/3 Acre with nature all around, Heated Inground Pool 5’ deep, OD Shower, Sparkling clean w/ New and Antique Furnishings, Sunny, sleeps 7. KING primary, 2 decks, landscape lighting, BBQ, Fire pit table, Deck heater, Cornhole, Bonus LR2, 14 game Street Fighter Arcade Machine. All on large scenic property on a secluded private drive. Comfortable for all. Close to beaches, wineries, breweries, apple orchard, mini golf, outlets, antiques, aquarium. Mahogany decks off the kitchen with Anderson patio doors. 4 rooms and 5-6 beds sleep 7. featuring open living room and dining room, and full kitchen with, ninja blender and air fryer. A sunny spot to enjoy all year round. Set on a lovely large property, sunny fenced yard w/ gated deck, dining set and gas grille with burner to enjoy your bbq after a day at the beach. Pool & Out door shower open May- Sept.
Plus, 2 updated full bathrooms, 2 driveways. Bonus LR2 provides plenty of space for guests and is accessible from the lower driveway.
There’s games for lazy nights too. All within a mile of town, best restaurants, beaches, parks, LIRR and bike share. Walk/bike to lovely community beach, 4 minutes to Meschutt and Ponquogue Beach.
This location is the perfect place to kayak, surf, jet ski, fish and catch the best sunsets! Close to Southampton, Westhampton, Sag Harbor and the north fork. Please be sure pool heater is set to 64 and landscaping & pool lighting are off (by fridge). Be sure BBQ gas, fire pit gas & deck heater are off. Ensure nothing is in the pool, empty skimmer. Thanks

Clean, looked just like the pictures. Host was responsive to requests and questions. Really enjoyed our stay. There aren't really sidewalks in the area, but we were able to walk along the road shoulder and jog in the mornings. Semi-private beach 1 mile away that was easy to walk/jog to!

Clean, beautiful, and airy house

I had my bachelorette trip here and we absolutely loved the house. Located 15 min from Westport and several hot spots, we couldn’t have done better! I’m a stickler for clean getaways and the house was spotless. The porch was the best hangout spot.

Great place for a getaway

The house was comfortable, updated, clean and in a nice quiet spot. The backyard space/pool was awesome. Great place to grill and the firepit was easy to use. Location made it easy to get to the beach, towns and good restaurants. The owner was very easy to communicate with, very responsive and very helpful.

A very lovely house with comfortable arrangements. We were five women staying at the house and found it very comfortable and spacious. Close to beaches and had a beautiful outdoor deck to enjoy the sunshine in the backyard

We had a nice stay at this Hamptons property. The house was immaculately clean, well-appointed, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked with everything you could ever need on a vacation. The property is situated in a beautiful and peaceful area, and is conveniently close to all amenities and attractions in The Hamptons. Additionally, Jennifer and Vincent were very kind and responsive hosts. For example, when we had an issue with the pool, they responded immediately and did everything they could to solve the problem. We recommend staying at this lovely Hamptons home whenever you visit the area!

Me, my hubby Vin and son are beach lovers and we especially love the east end of Long Island. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful, and so many things to do and see. We’ve been bouncing around it for many years and now are grateful to have a lovely house, in the center of it all. We are proud of the work we’ve done at our home away from home. We keep our home sparkling clean and in good repair, always working to keep it beautiful, so when you stay it feels relaxing, lovely, beachy and comfortable.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love the neighborhood, our private road, close to all, yet quiet. We frequent the beautiful beaches, town and great restaurants nearby. We love quiet walks and light hikes in the fall. The beaches with their sound and breeze and all the leaves changing to autumn colors and covering our yard with wild turkeys strolling through. Snow days, when the ground and tree branches are white. And the spring flowers in our new garden and all around town. Of course there’s the summer magic, swim season, waterside dining, surf shops, kayaking, live music in the parks and restaurants, the old cars driving through town. There’s so much to do too wineries, farms and breweries are close. And there are antique shops, boutiques, and a renovated Macy’s to get a little shopping in. We get delivery with homemade ice cream. We get pot pies and tacos too. We hope you enjoy your time there as much as we do.

Sparking clean, with Central AC, spacious for entertaining, lovely, beachy and close to all! 1/3 acre of property with a big renovated backyard, new pool, decking, fire pit table, pretty patios and nature all around make it the perfect Hamptons retreat.
