Luxurious Home w Private Heated-Optional Pool Directly Across from the Bch

This luxurious 4 King Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathroom (PLUS 4 bed bunkroom!) beach house has a private, fenced-in pool (which is able to be heated for an additional charge) is located DIRECTLY across the street (small side street) from the beach... end of driveway is 20 strides to Beach Access #9. It is beautifully decorated and can sleep a total of 12 people.

***The maximum people in this home is 12 people. *** Must be 25 years or older to book this unit and at least 2 guests of the age 25!!

You now have the option to have the pool heated! There is a $40/night charge for this and has to be added to all nights of your stay. You can let us know anytime prior to your arrival that you would like to add pool heat.

This home is so beautifully furnished and is one home off the beach. When you walk out the front door, Beach Access #9 is 50 steps from the front door! The living room, dining nook and kitchen area is in the wide open, well-lit area taking up most of the first floor. The kitchen is fully stocked, has granite counter tops and a kitchen island for extra prep space.

There's a half bathroom just beyond the kitchen for guests to enjoy. There's a door off of the eating area that leads you to the fenced-in private pool, grill, outdoor seating and outdoor shower area.

Master Bedroom #1 (first floor) - King size bed with 2 side tables, a dresser and TV as well as a walk-in closet with plenty of room for your clothes and luggage. The master ensuite bathroom has a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and separate room with the toilet.

A large laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer is located on the first floor between the 1/2 bath and the master bedroom.

Master Bedroom #2 (second floor) - King size bed with 2 side tables, a dresser, tv and door leading out to your own private balcony with beach views! The master ensuite bathroom features a glass walk-in shower, free standing claw-foot tub and large bathroom area with a walk-in closet adjoining.

Walking down the hall there's a Bunk Room on your right (2 full size bunk beds capable of sleeping 8 small children) with a table and lamp in between the bunk beds. Please note there is no door on this room. There is a curtain hanging to provide some privacy if needed.

Across from the Bunk Room is the second Full Bathroom on the second floor. This bathroom has double sinks, a linen closet and tub/shower combination.

At the end of the hall are the final two bedrooms, both bedrooms have King Size beds, two side tables, a tv and a dresser in each room. Each room has a large closet as well.

This home is so beautifully decorated, from the furnishings to the artwork on the walls! We are so excited to share this home with you and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We also have a "sister home" two doors down if you have a larger group than this home can accommodate. It's name is Bama Breeze and is the very same layout with the same high quality furnishings.

This home is in a very popular area with restaurants and attractions nearby. It is located within walking distance to St. Andrews State Park AND Schooners - a locals' favorite here on PCB! There are many other restaurants close-by as well such as Sisters of the Sea, Captain Anderson's, Patches Pub, Dat Cajun Place, Andy's Flour Power and Grand Marlin among others. The perfect place to enjoy the beach, then have a wonderful meal at home by the pool or head out to one of our wonderful restaurants!
