We are a condo that encourages families...please no ball teams.

A beautifully decorated condo that is very spacious. This condo is so bright and cheery...a place to enhance your experience at the Beach!
All furniture (seats 5 comfortably), beds (king, queen, twin), bedding, and linens are clean and sanitized.
The dining room offers a table that comfortably seats 4 people, a bar that seats 4 and a kitchen that is well stocked.
Three flat screen TV's & WiFi available throughout condo.
Entire condo is tiled.
Laundry Room with a full size washer and dryer and cleaning supplies.
Beach closet that consists of: boogie boards, umbrella, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels
We provide bath towels and linens for you to use

We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols. The condo is thoroughly inspected before AND after each guest's visit. We make sure all aspects of the condo is absent of items that have been broken or missing and stains on furniture and/or laundry. We know things happen while on vacation but we need to keep the condo in the best condition possible. All missing or broken items, all laundered items with stains will be charged to the guest for replacements.

Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access in the evenings for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access.

Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive.

A great place to watch rocket launches and cruise boats coming in and out of port!

Great location

We loved staying here! We were right on the beach and the condo had beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and boogie boards for us to use! We also loved the options of restaurants that were all within 5 miles away and never busy even on spring break. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were super comfortable and the showers were hot. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great condo

The condo was clean and very nice. The location was great. The beach access is easy to get to and not very crowded. Our team stayed at this location for the Space Coast World Series. The three of us especially enjoyed the use of provided beach chairs and styrofoam cooler in the beach closet because our car was too packed with softball gear to bring anything extra.

The condo was beautiful! Everything that we needed was there and seemed to be new! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels & supplies. Definitely recommend a visit to the space center! Also really liked Florida Seafood Bar & Grill. We liked the property overall - people we met were nice & friendly. Great Stay!

My family came down to Florida for a college softball tournament at the Space Coast Complex. We really wanted to combine our time at the tournament with a beach vacation and that’s exactly what we got! We spent a lot of time on the on the beach and at the pool. The neighbors were all friendly, and the condo was extremely clean and well stocked! We appreciated how the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and even coolers! We had a great time and will definitely come back!

Holiday Getaway

Condo was very well-appointed, functional, and clean. Beds were super comfortable. There were more supplies (paper plates, coffee, coffee filters, tissues, paper towels) than we’ve encountered at other rentals. Location was great for exploring C.B. and Orlando although the weather was overcast during our stay. As a result, we didn’t explore the beach as much, but maybe next time? We’d love to visit again when it’s a little warmer!

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing Cocoa Beach vacation! The condo was the center of everything. Right on the beach with beautiful views of the sunset and even got to see two Space x launches while we were there, one from our balcony and one from the beach. We also had the pleasure of doing the bioluminescence kayaking. Highly recommended. Condo will definitely be our go to if we come to Cocoa Beach in the future!!

Overall the property was clean, the age of the complex was obvious but our unit was updated and well appointed. Check in and out process clear and concise. The ongoing contraction next door was quite noisy and made for early wake-up. It also wasn’t clear to me the pool was in the back of the complex as opposed to on the beach side. Likely my fault for not looting closer or asking details. We were there with a group in other rented condos for. HS spring break

Couldn't ask for more

Our stay was so pleasant in this property. We had the view of the ocean but also of the launch center and saw 3 rockets while we were there. Lots of cruise ships went by. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. But it was the little things that made it really special: Softsoap by all the sinks. Kleenex throughout the unit. Plastic storage containers for leftovers. We plan to stay again.

Excellent Condo!

601 was very clean and incredibly well stocked! I felt like we knew the owners and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and our stay enjoyable.:) I would definitely go back. The one downside was that the weather was cold part of the time so the property manager closed the pool (which included the hot tub because it is in the same gated area) for a few of the days and didn't open it until weather was back at 65 degrees. We would have like the hot tub on the cooler days.

Martinelli Stay

We love this location on Cocoa Beach. We have stayed at Sandcastles previously in a different unit, but REALLY enjoyed this unit. We love the ease of access to the beach and pool and the hours of the pool. The property manager was friendly and helpful. This unit was beautiful and well stocked with towels, cooking supplies, and beach supplies. It made our trip so EASY. The condo owner was quick to reply and communicate about the rental and needs. She had great information in a binder to help us if we had any questions. The only downside, which had nothing to do with the unit was we were not aware of the boat races that started on Saturday. This brought in a lot of adults to the beach and to sandcastles to stay. The pool Friday night and Saturday night was very rough in terms of drunk adults taking over the pool and hot tub. We weren't comfortable and several families with kids including us left the pool. That was a bummer, the kids really love meeting other kids and night time swimming is one of the favorite things. If I were to make a recommendation to VRBO & myself in the future, check & list any events happening in the area. The boat races were awesome, my kids loved watching them from the balcony & beach, but the crowd it brought in was more adult than family friendly like we had experienced prior and during the start of our stay. Overall though, great unit, great location, and LOVED our stay & can't wait to come again soon!

Nice condo, beds are a bit high for little kids. Floor is tile throughout, with rugs in some areas. Nice having the beach toys available for use. Partial ocean view. Living room TV fairly complicated to use.

Beautiful well stocked condo on the beach

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach and bath towels, and the beach chairs and supplies were a nice touch. Nice quiet location and very easy access to the beach. Had some issues with check in, but Jennifer responded to us right away. Would definitely recommend for anyone planning a stay in Cocoa Beach!

Very nice

Very well stocked and super clean. Nice view of the beach from the balcony. Plenty of beach toys, umbrella and chairs. The Beds were nice and comfy. Nothing negative to say about the condo at all. The only thing that was annoying (nothing to do with the owner/condo) was you needed a key to get to the pool and beach. They need to update the locks with a code so you don’t get stuck without a key.
