The beach was just at the end of our block. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The property management was very responsive.

Family Fun at Otis House

We had a great time at the Otis House. It was laid out perfect for 2 families. It was clean, well organized, short walk to the most beautiful beach. The people at Bayley's were most helpful and friendly. We are coming back!!!!

Pine point pleasant

Checking in with Bailey’s was super accommodating would use them again! Place very comfortable for two families.would definitely come back Only suggestions Could use more plates and glassware for wine and cocktails (not plastic). More outdoor patio seating besides a picnic table would be nice!

Family homecoming

Hosts were super responsive and eager to help in any way. Property was exactly as advertised. Great place to reunite with family and see all the sights. We especially loved that the beach was only a few steps away. Definitely recommend The Otis House.

Otis House is great!

We had a great time at the Otis House for our summer beach vacation. The house is gorgeous, clean, updated and very close to the action but still quiet and peaceful. The section of beach it's on is also very nice and quiet. There were two things that kept me from a full 5 star rating: 1. When we came home for lunch on Sunday, a Uhaul truck was in the driveway (not marked Bayley) and a man was inside the house. He stated he was there to fix a light and we should have received notice. We did not. That was a bit upsetting with all our personal items in the house and no notice ahead of time. 2. The queen mattress in the upstairs bedroom is the most uncomfortable bed I've ever been on. It's extremely stiff and we woke up sore the first few days we were there. A suggestion would be to put a topper on it that's more comfy, even an egg crate foam would work. Otherwise, the place is fabulous and we would absolutely recommend to others looking to stay in Scarborough/OOB area.

Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved staying at The Otis House. The house was well kept, very clean, and fit our two families of 4 comfortably. The location is steps from the beach (a beautiful, quiet beach), a short walk to a local market and some quaint restaurants, and you can also catch the trolley into the OOB. We will definitely be re-booking for next summer!

Fabulous vacation

We had a wonderful week. The kitchen had all the essentials & more. The property was exactly as described if not better & the very minor issues we had were immediately taken care of after a simple text. We would be happy to book a repeat stay if we come back!

Otis House

This was the perfect house for our family. Very clean and updated. Had all the amenities of home. Close to the beach. The only issue we had is that we really love to have an outdoor shower for the kids. There was no door on the outdoor shower, so it was unusable. Also, when we arrived after four, the house was not ready and we had to wait a 1/2 hour to get in.

Close to beach; convenient 2-family layout

The first floor master bedroom and bath is well equipped; the second floor has a queen bedroom and bunkbeds good for a couple with kids. Both floors have a porch with small table & 2 chairs and a LR with sofa, chair and 4-seat dinette. It would help to specify that beach chairs and comforters ARE available; and to add a few more sandwich plates, cooking bowls. Mgmt. was very responsive to our report of a broken disposal.

Your home was clean, the layout was ideal for our family, and your communication was clear and thorough. Beautiful home close to the beach.

The house was really nice and just steps away from a quiet section of the beach. The kitchen is large and stocked with everything you need. There are two full bathrooms and two living rooms, one on each floor. The house has central air which was AMAZING to have during this stretch of hot days. There is a washer and dryer in the basement which was so nice to have. Overall, the house and location were great! Communication with the property owner was excellent. If I could improve anything, I would just maybe improve the outdoor seating area near the grill to make that a better option for eating since seating is somewhat limited inside. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
