Lovely and accommodating, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium on Phoenix VII’s 5th floor sleeps 8, just steps from the sugar-white shoreline.

This relaxing condo features all tile flooring and new paint. The open living area includes a large flat screen television with couch and loveseat for your viewing pleasure. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious countertop are there when it is time for a home cooked meal. There are 4 barstools in the kitchen and the adjacent dining table seats 6. There is also full-size washer and dryer to really make this condo a home away from home.

The roomy master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, front balcony, a new flat screen television, as well as an attached master bathroom. The second bedroom includes 2 full-size beds and a flat screen television. Finally, the third bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed and Roku tv. The second bathroom is in the hallway near the second and third bedrooms. Let us not forget about the pub height table and chairs on the back balcony that enhances the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. My whole family had a wonderful time. Made amazing memories.

Everything g was perfect. Except no one tells you that you have to pay $55 per parking pass. And can only purchase 2. But other than that it was a 10/10.

Nice place, conveniently located, close proximity to the water and attractions/food.

We had a great time with the family. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The beach is just over a boardwalk the pool is big and nice. It is worth mentioning that there is a cost to park (one vehicle was $55 for four days). Overall is was a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem I had was that we had to pay additional for parking. Just would have liked to know about this prior to booking. We would’ve still booked but it would’ve been nice to be aware of all fees prior to booking.

Orange Beach gem

This condo was great. Plenty of room for 7 large people to hang out, relax, cook and sleep. The location is perfect and the beach access is ideal.

Just Right

We stayed here with my family of 5 and my 2 parents (total of 7 of us). There was plenty of room, and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. We enjoyed the beach as well as going to various restaurants. The primary reason for our visit was World Series Baseball. The washer and dryer came in handy for keeping all things clean. Would stay here again and would recommend. We also ate most meals on the balcony (when we were eating at the condo) to enjoy the view and weather.

We had an absolute blast with our 2 wild hyenas (aka grandboys) Condo was perfect fit for our family.. Had no problem with putting them in bed at nite!!!

Right on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was right on the beach, we even saw dolphins jumping in the gulf while sitting on our balcony. We were there during spring break and did not feel the beach was too crowded. Kenny was available and helpful when we had a question. We would rent this condo again.
