Absolutely loved our month stay. Daily walks up the hill and over to the beach and back through the tunnel. Charming small village right out the door. Fassil was a gracious and accommodating host tending to any issue we mentioned.

I really enjoyed the open space in the living and dining rooms. It has a spacious kitchen area and great washer and dryer. The wall heater made for cozy nights despite any cold weather. My dog enjoyed the backyard. This is a great stay for anyone with dog and wanting to be near SF, Bay Area, and Marin County. Beware of neighborhood skunks and racoons.

Point Richmond

The unit is the upper level of an older duplex. It is close to the freeway so the front gets traffic noise, but the back is quiet. The host was very responsive to a maintenance problem and allowed the stay to be extended by a day.

Right from before check in Fassil was very detailed and welcoming ensuring if I needed anything before I get to the property. While there she ensured my comfort was priority. If anything needed to be repaired or checked she was on top of it even before I had noticed. She was very communicative with what was going on and who would come to the property for repairs. Now to the property itself. The property is very comforting and calmness to it. It felt like home. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. There is a dinner table in the living room and the kitchen. The couch and chairs are very comfortable. No issues with wifi or TV. I love this property and I thank Fassil for her hospitality and her wonderful communication skills.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed for day-to-day living, which made packing and settling in so easy. The property manager was incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this rental!
