Stayed here for the weekend for an event downtown and it was perfectly clean when we got there. Only complaint was we had to take out two MASSIVE spiders while we were staying there, but I can't discredit since it is a basement unit. Host was awesome about responding when we were asking where we could park and sent all the information for wifi, door codes, etc

This property was ideal for my visit to Seattle! Close to link rail and a Safeway grocery store. Everything was just as expected and the host was very responsive. There was some noise from upstairs renters but when I let the host know it was corrected and no further issues. Would absolutely stay here again especially for the price paid.

We just needed a place to stay for 1 night near the airport, and this was perfect for 3 adults, a baby, and an older kid. It's a simple downstairs apartment, but it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. It's near many restaurants/take out places. You enter by going around the back and down a few narrow, somewhat steep stairs - FYI for anyone carrying large luggage. Thank you for a comfortable, clean, and cost-effective place to stay!

We were looking for something simple and unassuming for a quick night in town to see a show. I was a little disappointed with a couple of things. The light for the entrance was out, making it hard to see at night. The vanity lights didn’t work, there was no hair dryer and the towels smelled awful (like mildew and/or gas). The upstairs tenants were very audible in the back bedroom, so I only got a few hours of sleep. You could hear every footstep like it was shaking the place and you could also hear them talking very clearly. The second “bed” in the back bedroom is unusable, it has a clearly broken section. You could put someone on the weird couch in the living room. For the cost we could have gotten a couple nice hotel rooms with amenities.

We had a great visit. There are some nice restaurants and other places to visit within a short drive, bus or light rail ride. This VRBO is very nicely furnished and decorated. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area is nicely set up.

Convenient location to site-see downtown

Super close to the lightrail station to get downtown or the airport. Listing says it can sleep 5, which it could, but it would be cramped. Overall, nice spot to stay if you plan on being out and about around the city.

The location IS convenient to the Light rail. The apartment is in a low ceiling basement, there are no temperature controls. The upstairs unit must control the heating. It was very warm

Perfect spot

The space was clean and smelled really fresh. It’s a daylight basement with some small windows and good lighting. There was more than enough space for a family of 3. Convenient location to Beacon Hill and Columbia City. The owner/property manager was easy to connect with. It was perfect and cozy for a long weekend while we visited family.

We ended up checking in late and had a hard time finding which house was actually the correct one as there as no numbers or pictures of the house front.The property itself was ok and reasonably clean and well stocked.The big issue however came at 2am. We were woken up to the upstairs guests blasting music. There was apparently no sound damping between the lower and upper units. Additionally, the upstairs guests apparently had no idea that there were guests downstairs and were there to party.To our hosts credit, they responded to my request to ask the other guests to be quiet. This however just annoyed the other guests, who we could hear complain that they had paid for the upstairs house not knowing there was another place to stay and that they did not want to be quiet. We finally were able to get to bed at 4am for our 8am flight.I would only give one star for the experience, but the place was clean and the host was responsive.

Very clean property. Excellent communication. 7ft ceilings tho. I’m 6’ 2”, so a little tight for us taller folks. Shower head and mirror in bathroom very low - but perfect for folks 5’ 4” and under. No TV in common area, but TV’s in both bedrooms. Nice, clean place to crash.. if you’re looking for cute and cozy- keep looking. But honestly, you can’t beat it for the price. Luckily my friend and GF I’m traveling with aren’t princesses. I’m the princess in the group, lol.
