"La Boca Beach House" offers a relaxing atmosphere in a quiet and friendly neighborhood perfect for family getaways. Located on Florida's West Coast on Manasota Key, known for white sand beaches and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy the view of Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve from the balcony or relax in the warm blue waters at one of our nearby beaches.
Stump Pass Beach State Park and Manasota Key Beach are only a short walk away. Also a short walk away are many of the island's restaurants and tiki bars, perfect for a nice night out. The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals, it's just a short drive to one of the nearby grocery stores where you can pick up all your ingredients.
"La Boca" provides the perfect blend of serenity and beach-life fun, so let the healing smell of the salt air and the soothing sounds of the ocean set the backdrop for a wonderful stay you won't soon forget!

Had a nice comfortable stay. Short walk to the beach to watch awesome sunsets. Close to Stump Pass Beach State Park which was great for collecting shells and sharks tooth.

Close to the beach!

The property is super close to the beach, which is fantastic! From the deck, you can see Lemon Bay and we enjoyed coffee and dinner out there every day. Plenty of space and we enjoyed getting back to the area we love!

Great setup for us! took the grandkids over for the powerboat race and it worked out great. Bunk beds were perfect for what we needed. (4) boys 2-10. all slept in the bunks...

Amazing Experience All Around

I can't even begin to describe how amazing this stay was. Perfect house in a perfect little neighborhood. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made check-in easy.Less than a 5 minute walk to & from the beach, really close to the convenience stores and restaurants. Only thing I regret about this stay was not booking another night!!!Seriously can't recommend this place enough.

Excellent location!

This was the 3rd and best place we stayed on Manasota Key. The location was excellent - so easy to get to the beach a block away and we could launch our kayaks into Lemon Bay near the house too. Beautiful covered porch area for relaxing or dining. There are rocking chairs and a table and chairs on the porch as well. The house is on a very quiet dead-end street which we appreciated. Everything you need is provided both inside and for the beach. We plan to stay there again!

Great location

The location of this place is very convenient. Very short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to an overlook of the bay. The house could use some TLC on the outside. The inside was mostly as advertised but could also use some updates. Could also use an upgrade in the cleaning service as there were a couple minor issues with cleanliness. Overall it was a good visit and the house more than met our needs. It’s a great little place for small families in a great location.

A wonderful stay

The location of the house is perfect. Right at the bay and 3 minutes walking distance to the beach. You have a beautiful view to the bay from the terrace. We went kayaking with the kayaks of the house and saw lots of dolphins-they came so close that we could touch them! We collected over 600 shark teeth on the beach! The inside of the house offers everything you need and looks exactly as presented in the pictures. The owner Charles replied immediately when we contacted him due to a problem with the main door and he solved the problem directly. We could stay 3 hours longer on our departure day which was very comfortable for our long distance flight back home. 10 wonderful vacation days for our family and we will definitely come back! I forgot to mention that you see the sunrise at the bayside in the morning AND the sunset at the beachside in the evening!

Family Get-away

This property was just the right size for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids). We loved the open concept to cook together and hang out in the living room. The deck was one of our favorite places for morning coffee and evening card games. Very quick walk to the beach or bay. I was worried at first selecting a home without a washer/dryer, but quite frankly, I got a chance to relax as a mom! Beds were comfortable and lots of storage for our clothing, bath items and food. Thank you!

Wonderful time in Manasota Key

Enjoyed the stay at Charles’ place. Overall the property was as listed and Charles was very responsive to any questions we had. Cannot beat the location! Perfect for walking to the beach, Stump Pass, or to the bars/restaurant area.

Best sunset I’ve seen and a 5 minute walk from property to beaxh

The house was cozy and conveniently located near stores and restaurants, we liked the deck, and the best part were the nice beaches within walking distance, made it point to catch the sunsets on the beach both nights we stayed
