The spacious living room is an idyllic retreat with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning southward views, a comfortable sofa sleeper, and a 65-inch 120 HZ 4K Smart LED Ultra HDTV with HDR. perfect rental

we came to alabama for a baseball tournament near Orange Beach was conveniently located to the fields we needed to play at. I searched Verbo and saw this condo rental and it was like it was made for our group. We had a total of 12 people two adults and 10 children ages 13 to 17.

Our family of 11 stayed here and it was perfect. Beautiful and roomy with everything we needed. There was not one issue nor any complaints about our stay. Lazy river and water slide was also a hit. Hope to come back next year

Perfect family getaway

Our family of 6 loved our stay! Pictures did not disappoint, gorgeous view, plenty of room for our family and great location! The littles loved the lazy river and the teens couldn't get enough of the beach. We would definitely stay here again, the condo had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. We even called to add another day to our stay and they got back to us very quickly to make it happen.

Perfect Family Beach Stay

Check-in was super easy. The condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful beachfront view. Large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms-perfect for a big family. We usually vacation at Miramar Beach, but this property was much nicer and more modern than what we usually encounter there. The amenities were great! My teens enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river every day, as well as the gym. Every single staff member at the Phoenix was so polite and friendly. The only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful if a new skillet was added to the condo-I usually cook a lot on vacation due to some food allergies my family has and the pans were challenging. Check-out procedures were clear and simple. Finally, the owner/facilitator of the property kept in contact via text and email throughout the stay to see if our stay was meeting expectations. I would definitely recommend this one and I would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful view and roomy comfortable stay

Nice beach. Beautiful large rental with 3 bath so convenient for a group. Teens/kids come to beach prepared with chairs/toys or u can buy some down the street. Nice grocery store down the street. No Keurig or hairdryer on this stay so pack accordingly. Coffee is downstairs in lobby though! Great exercise room and pool area! Parking convenient. Would stay again!

Very pleased with this condo and property. Very clean, and plenty of room for a family of 11! The only issue we had was quickly resolved. Communication with property management was easy and with quick response. Already looking at my calendar for a return trip!

Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stayed and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family. Our children (ages 3 and 4) loved the pool. The beach was beautiful and clean. The condos location was very convenient to activities, restaurants, and shopping.

4th of July Vacation

Overall fantastic stay. Very clean place right on the beach. Great indoor pool and outdoor lazy river. Bring your own pillows/blankets if you want some extra. If you book through VRBO, etc., be aware that you will have to pay ~$55.00 per parking pass. We squeezed all of our people into three vehicles. Apparently I misread that two parking passes were included, so I paid ~$165 for three parking passes on top of renting the place. That was the only extra thing I had to pay for though.

Our condo was clean and spacious and perfect for us and our children and grandchildren. The pool area was fun with the curved slides and lazy river, and we had easy access to the beach. We would highly recommend this facility. 😀

Definitely bring extra blankets with you if you plan on having a cozy movie night on the couch because they don’t have any extras. But the condo was beautiful and very clean!

Sleepless

There was a maintenance issue. Some kind of strange banging noise in the wall behind the master bed. Explained that to them and a maintenance worker was suppose to come. The first time I was not in the room but according to the text he was there 5 minutes and left. I reported that it hadn’t been fixed and maintenance never returned. Checked out early because the noise was so bad we couldn’t sleep. Requested a refund for the last night and nothing was ever done.

Labor Day Getaway

Very nice building. Was very welcoming. Well maintained. Condo was beautifully furnished. Very comfortable. Amenities were great. Pool area was very clean and had plenty of space to enjoy the sun. Easy access to the beach. Had a wonderful and relaxing vacation!!!

Great Family Vacation

Nice vacation condo that met our needs. The lazy river, slide, and splash pad were a hit. The condo was nice size and overall clean. The sofa and chairs are pretty worn but we put a sheet over them to be more comfortable when sitting on them.
