Adorable cozy 1940's cottage! Located in the historic Chicopee Dudley neighborhood - less than a mile from downtown, UGA, Classic Center and all that downtown has to offer. Backs up to the 113 acre Walker Park with 5 miles of biking & walking trails, playground, public splash pad, and easy walk to the North Oconee River Greenway and Dudley Park! Enjoy shopping, dining, live music, festivals, art galleries. Nice private porch, deck & fenced yard. $7 Lyft /Uber ride downtown. No Parties allowed.

Moving daughter into UGa

Property is a quaint cottage 1.4 miles from downtown Athens. Easy walk across the river and up the hill to town. Don’t use kitchen etc but seemed to have everything you need. Slept and showered there basically.

Adorable

Quiet, clean , comfy. The honeysuckle bush by the parking spot is blooming now and smells amazing. I highly recommend this cute cottage.

Super cute - a perfect place to stay!

The beds were really comfortable and it was a great amount of space. The full backyard was a perfect addition. In a cute neighborhood that was close to downtown but very quiet and beautiful.

Excellent Location for Travelers with Dogs

We enjoyed staying here. The property is conveniently located near downtown Athens. The backyard is fenced in so you can let your dogs run around. They had as good of a time as we did. Property was clean. Would definitely stay again.

Family Stay for Event at Classics Center

The house worked well for our family. It was a good location- near downtown restaurants and less than a mile from the events were were attending at The Classic Center.

Cozy, clean, and close to everything

The cottage was also very close to Walker Park, which had great trails for walking our dogs. Loads of restaurants and shops were within just a couple of miles. We really enjoyed our stay in Athens!

Perfect for our needs

This is a very nicely appointed, compact little cottage in a great location. Our focus was on entertaining our 8-year-old and our puppy, but it's also close to UGA and a bunch of great restaurants and bars if that's your thing.

We had a very nice stay. Bed was too soft for me (only reason I’m not giving a five star overall rating) but house was clean and well kept. Easy five-minute drive from DT.

Cozy & Relaxing

My husband and l were very impressed and quite pleased with both the house/fenced in back yard (for our pups) and the location. We were very comfortable and felt very much 'at home'... and the neighborhood was pleasantly quiet
