Lovely home, Dogs Welcome!

Welcome to our lovely Airbnb in Athens, Georgia! We are experienced super hosts and have a couple Airbnbs in the Athens area. This home is a classic ranch style house featuring 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a nice living area, roomy kitchen, and a great screened in porch. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 14 minute drive to Sanford Stadium.

Our neighborhood is in the Homewood Hills area of Athens. It is a quiet family neighborhood made up of mostly ranch style houses. We ask that guests are respectful of neighbors.

** Please note, for full disclosure, we do have ring security cameras on the exterior of the house as well as a decibel meter inside in hopes to deter guest from using the property for parties.

A great family friendly place

My wife and I stayed our 7 month old grandbaby. The house is very clean and well kept. It was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. It is located close to restaurants and stores. The owner Joshua was very responsive when we contacted him. We would certainly stay here again the next time we come to visit our daughter.

Amazing stay!

We had the best stay at this property! We lived in Athens for three years after my husband got out of the Navy. He finished his degree and we moved away for his job, so we like to visit as much as we can! We have a two year old son now and needed a toddler friendly place. This house was stocked with everything you need. Its been the first vacation rental experience where they not only make you feel welcomed, but your kids. Toys, books, and even a pack and play if needed! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the neighborhood was in a great location. The beds were very comfortable as well! This house will now be our place to stay whenever we come up. Thanks again for welcoming my family!

We loved your home! Great location and close to our tournament site. It gives off a nice homy vibe with the small lamps always lit and the real plants. The screened porch was a plus, as was the fenced in yard for our dogs. We would definitely stay again.

House is in a nice quite neighborhood. Hardwood floors are beautiful and add so much charm to the house. Kitchen was well stocked. Screened in porch was great. Big fenced in back yard for our dog to play was a nice thing to have. Highly recommend this home.

Near Perfect Athens House

Clean and Comfortable

This was one of my favorite stays of all time! The home was exceptionally clean and we immediately felt at home there with comfortable furniture and a great TV. Location is very convenient for Loop access and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We will absolutely seek to stay again the next time we're in Athens!

Quiet, clean, close to town

Clean and comfortable, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just a short drive to downtown Athens. Perfect spot for our family of four going to son’s UGA orientation. Pleasant sitting area in screened-in porch, convenient quiet laundry room. Great kitchen, modern amenities, plenty of natural light in living room. Highly recommend!

WeÊŒre your hosts, Josh and Nicole. Let us share a little about us!
We met while working as camp counselors at a summer camp in college. After graduation, we both ended up in Atlanta. Once we got engaged we decided it was time to move back to Athens and weÊŒre so glad we did! WeÊŒve called Athens home
for several years now. Josh is a UGA alum and an avid Dawgs fan. He works in finance and enjoys CrossFit and golf in his free time. Nicole is an Auburn and SCAD alum and works as a graphic designer and photographer. She enjoys yoga, Peloton, and anything artsy in her free time. We have one spoiled pup named Mellie who we adore.

WeÊŒve been super hosts for several years now and have truly loved the experience. We work hard to be excellent hosts and provide a space thats clean and comfortable for you to enjoy! We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay!
