Sparkling saltwater pool, with colored LED lights for night use! Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! Only $75 a day!

Well-decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath on Maldonado Drive, just one block from the beach and Gulf.

Sleeps 11 with a king in master bedroom, a daybed and triple bunk beds in guest bedroom (great for kids), a queen in the 2nd guest bedroom, and a queen futon in the living room. Beautiful tile throughout, granite countertops in kitchen. Comfortable couches in living room. Kitchen has both Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers. The sidewalk leading directly to the beach is next to the house; it is a 1 minute walk, and the sidewalk makes hauling beach gear easy, especially with the included beach wagon.

At the end of a sun soaked day on the beach, rinse off with an outdoor shower, have a cookout on the back deck, then enjoy entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the home. The house is very close to restaurants and boardwalk; it is just half a block to the free trolley or a 2 minute drive to the area. The first floor game room has a foosball table, Pop a Shot basketball game, and ping pong table. It even comes with a beach cart, a cooler and various beach toys. Plenty of parking with a double driveway. Gas grill.

We had the best stay at this beach house! It was absolutely amazing—super clean, beautifully kept, and fully stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home.The short walk to the beach made it so convenient, and the private heated pool was hands-down the highlight of our trip! It was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.We made so many great memories here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

The house was clean, had plenty of hot water for all 9 of us to shower, plenty of cooking utensils and bedding, and the the beach is an easy walk. The pool heat was worth every penny!

Weekend getaway!

We had a great weekend, the property was great even was very nice for our small dog! Pleasantly surprised by the Mardi Gras parade too. We would definitely go again.

We loved our accommodations and proximity to the beach. The pool was great and a convenient way to enjoy the water without going to the beach. We’d stay here again if ever in Pensacola.

Pictures and description were an exact match online and in person! Layout of this property is perfect and we feel very fortunate to have been able to stay here for a week. Next time we visit, this will be the first place we look for availability!

We could see the show from pool and it was a quick walk to beach to see the rest! We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids really enjoyed all the activities down stairs.

We have rented three different houses in Pensacola beach. This one was the best. All home rentals were clean and very nice but this one was the best. The thermostat worked perfectly, the pool was clean and refreshing. Location is perfect for us and the home was very nice, easy to live in. Beds and furniture were not all worn out like many rentals are. REALLY PLEASED WITH THIS HOME.

The game room downstairs and the pool provided hours of entertainment on our rainy days. The kitchen is fully stocked for any meal you want to prepare. The board and card games made for fun family evenings. The location is perfect, only 2 minutes to the beach.

Beach week

We had a wonderful time and the rental was for the most part as expected. The location was great and the rental was clean and well stocked. The only negative was the awful spare bedroom queen bed. It should be thrown away immediately. The rental is way too expensive to have a bed and mattress that bad.

Internet was very spotty (almost non-existent), and for someone having to work a couple of days, it made it difficult. New pool was great, however no privacy fence yet, and not a lot of pool chair options. Extra storage downstairs was great.

Incredible Beach House!

The house is well-stocked, spacious and ideal for families with kids. The game room downstairs and the bunk room provided tons of entertainment, I did not have to pack any toys, lots of beach toys were downstairs. The pool was the deciding factor when booking, it was beyond perfect. Other great things we discovered upon checking in: suuuper clean property, really quick walk to the beach, hose downstairs to rinse after being in the sand, ample parking. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Best overall vacation experience we have had yet. Will be back next year for sure. ONLY complaint, is I wish they would sweep the walk areas (outside) there was broken glass that cut our childs foot. NOT MAJORLY, but just a suggestion.

If it was around the home we typically do check those areas and make sure they are clean from debris but if it was on the sidewalks along the beach unfortunately there's not too much we can do. We love our beach and want to keep it as clean as possible but sometimes people leave their bottles on the sidewalks and even broken. We're so sorry that happened. Long weekend staycation

The home was comfortably furnished and nice and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked! The game area downstairs and pool was enjoyable. If I had it to do over again, I would opt to have the heater turned on in the pool. The only complaint I have is that the thermostat is locked and would not go below 73°. I would never be able to stay here during the hotter months because of this, but I would definitely stay here again.

The management team was very responsive and professional. My one issue is that for a beach house with a pool I was surprised that beach/pool towels were not provided. The kitchen is also poorly stocked with basic spices (non existent salt, pepper. Sugar, oil, etc)

Unfortunately, we do not provide beach towels because inevitably guests would end up accidentally packing them in their luggage and replacing those towels became extremely expensive. It is not an industry standard. We did send you an email on December 2, 2021 with a list of items to bring with you. It sounds like that email might have been missed. We want all of our guests to thoroughly enjoy their stays with us and meeting expectations are very important to us. We're so sorry that was missed. For liability reasons we don't supply spices either. This was also mentioned in the email. We are discussing various other ways to get that information to our guests though so we really appreciate your feedback.
