Cette maison peut être décrite comme un chalet de plage mis à jour. Il a commencé sa vie comme une maison de plage sans prétention mais a connu de nombreux ajouts et améliorations pour devenir le magnifique cottage de plage moderne que vous voyez aujourd'hui.

105 Ariola Drive est géré de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes.

Cette maison a une suite principale avec lit king et salle de bain principale privée. Chambre 2 a deux lits doubles et salle de bain privée. Les chambres 3 et 4 ont un lit queen et partagent une salle de bain. La cuisine est magnifiquement mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils améliorés. Le salon est un espace chaleureux et accueillant, idéal pour les réunions de famille.

La cour arrière est clôtur��e avec un espace de pont pour les grillades ou les repas. Le toit-terrasse est un endroit idéal pour prendre un café le matin ou un cocktail en après-midi avec vue sur le golfe. Its location is just ideal being steps away from the beach as well as walking distance to shops and restaurants. Paradise Beach Homes’ staff are so courteous and very prompt with any concerns. Thanks Heather and Coleen! The only negative we have is the mattress in the master bedroom is not very comfortable especially when you stay a month and the MB TV is basically not useable at night for streaming. The WiFi is not strong enough even with the booster. We do appreciate the replacement fencing in the backyard and our dog loved it. All in all, a wonderful home and we definitely plan to go back.

Perfect for families

We loved our stay at this property. The layout made it so comfortable with everything on one floor and the kitchen and large dining table were perfect for our holiday dinner celebration. We were surprised that one of the bathrooms didn’t have an electrical outlet but we made it work by sharing space. The location is excellent…just steps from the beach.

We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each others company. The beach is directly across the street from the Gulf. The grandkids had a blast on the beach. We have one wheelchair bound family member and this single story house was perfect! I have rented other properties from Paradise Beach Rentals and have always experienced a polite and professional experience. Looking forward to next year!

Would recommend this home to anyone with no more than 8-10 in a group. Our only 2 things we would have liked to have been better was the TV in Bedroom 3 was unable to get cable connection. The second item is the WiFi password did not work. We just used our own internet on phone. All in all it was a great place.

Easy cross neighborhood street to beach. Beach is beautiful! Walking distance to lots of fun things to do and places to eat in PB. Overall very nice interior furnishings. Nice amenities. Pet friendly is an added plus!Cons: Since I live in Florida this wasn't a deal breaker but YNTK...five dead roaches present upon arrival and roach droppings present around two sinks. (Made me questions how well the place was cleaned before hand.) After arrival, found 1 - 2 live roaches daily in kitchen and bathroom.The two queen beds in guestroom, with attached full bathroom, off kitchen, were terrible! All other beds (1 king and 2 queens) were good. The mattress cover on queen bed in same guestroom was disgusting! These should be replaced ASAP. Beach equipment is bring your own or rent. Rent is typically $25/day. I would recommend to friends and stay again but bring your own bug spray.Management group was very good and responsive to questions.
