- Gulf side 1-minute stroll to amazing Pensacola Beach with no busy street to cross.
At the beach, turn left for a residential beach experience, or right for an active one.
- Most beach shops, restaurants and entertainment are within a mile.

Old Beach Feel, Modern Beach Convenience!
This elevated amazing home has four bedrooms and two baths and is furnished to accommodate 9 adults and an additional 3 children comfortably. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed as well as a daybed with trundle and has a private bath. There are two additional bedrooms each with single queen beds, one additional bedroom with two twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The trundle and sofa bed are suited for younger guests.

Bright and cheery with lots of natural light; the living room, dining room and kitchen are all open and work well for entertaining. Downstairs is a wonderful outdoor area with comfortable shaded seating providing additional living space.

This home would be a comfortable fit for families traveling together, multiple generations of the same family or 4 couples.
Don't leave your four-legged family members behind! Dog friendly too.

Great house with a lovely outdoor area for those times when you did not want to go to the beach. The beach was 2 minutes away and the location was within 5 minutes of most restaurants. Would stay here again!!!

Amazing

The house was absolutely amazing it was super clean the swimming area was super clean and nice they had three spots for the water hose from when you come back from your short walk to the beach which is two minutes away would highly recommend staying at this beach house we’re going back next year...

Summer Get Away

A quick get away from Atlanta, we at the last minute wanted to go to the beach and enjoy the local surroundings. This charming home gave us that opportunity. Plenty of room with all the things you need for a family. Take your own Beach Towels and toilet items. The backyard is the extra special gathering place you will absolutely love. You can enjoy your evening outside in the pool or sitting in the comfortable sitting area. So unlike most homes at the beach. We all enjoyed this charming home.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property for our family vacation. This home was clean, well stocked with dishes, cook-wear, and linens/towels for our week long stay with 11 family members. The pool and outdoor shower/covered patio area were perfect, and a huge hit! The walk to the beach was simple, quick, and super convenient for our beach days. The only down sides to the stay were that the stairs became tough for our older family members to get up and down, and the beds, especially the pull out couch, were not very comfortable. Other than that, the stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this home to others with keeping those two things in mind. The owner and property management team were phenomenal, easy to reach, and super helpful and respondent to anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Home!

This home is even better than the pictures. We had 9 total staying and had plenty of room. The home was spotless upon arrival. Plenty of bathroom towels and kitchen supplies. The kitchen is big, plenty of seats for dining. The pool and outdoor area is absolutely stunning! Two minutes walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great and very responsive. The rental company was very friendly upon arrival. There is a local company called Barefoot Beach Equipment that we were able to rent a high chair, pack n play, chairs, umbrella and wagon so you don’t have to worry about hauling it on your trip. They deliver right to the house. I hope to return and will defiantly stay here again if available. Thank you for sharing your home and making our family trip one to always remember!

Cute but disappointing

The main reason we chose this property was for the pool, so the kids could swim at night after dinner. The first night we were there, the pool lights went off at 10:30. We thought maybe they were on a timer. I called the office the next day and got a very confusing answer from someone who didn't really seem sure of what they were telling me. That second night the lights were off by 9. After the second night, the pool lights would never come on again and we didn't have access to the controls ourselves. The outside pool area was extremely nice but the kids just had to swim in the dark every night. The floors inside didn't look like they had been mopped in several months and the space behind the stove doesn't look like it's been cleaned since the home was built in 1955. There's also a terrible smell coming from back there but it might just be the feathers that are in the vent in the kitchen. But then again, the whole house had an unusual, not so nice smell. Thank goodness I packed my Scentsy! But it also required a trip to the store for some Febreeze. With a good deep cleaning and some regular maintenance and upkeep it would be great because the location is perfect! Very conveniently located. And the updated pool area downstairs is awesome as long as you're enjoying it during the day or don't mind the dark.

Beach access was a little over a block away. If we were not at the beach we were enjoying the pool and the patio area. Plenty of both shade and sun. The beds were comfortable, plenty of room, and the kitchen had plenty dishes and cookware.

Relaxing in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family group of 8 had a fantastic stay at this house! The location and pool were our favorite things about it. We had 3 kids with us, ages 10-16. We absolutely loved being able to walk to and from the beach so easily and we pretty much had that whole area of the beach to ourselves during our week in early August. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for meals we cooked and there were bonus items like drink koozies, salt and pepper, and olive oil. There were tons of hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms which was perfect for hanging up wet towels and clothes. The linens were all good quality and the welcome bag we received was a sweet touch. There are a few toys in the house as well as some fun books and games for adults and kids (Cards Against Humanity with Grandpa was hilarious!). A/C worked perfectly and the pool was chilled to a comfortable temperature. Any minor issues that came up were quickly and professionally dealt with by the property manager. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend the house for sure. *Bring a lighter for the bbq

Awesome House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is a very nice house. It has all the kitchen stuff you need for you bigger family. Also the patio area is to die for. The pool is small but perfect for little kids. Plus the beach it just a little walk away. I would stay here again. My only complaints is that we had to wash our sheet as they were NOT clean. They had what we think is dog hair on them. Also the plates were stuck together becasue they were so dirty, so we washed them as well. We also found other kitchen utensil very nasty with food on them. It was like they were not even washed and just put away. The dishwasher was full of water that the bottom and made the house smell a little as well. These were all things that we could do, but kind of disappointing to go on vacation and have to clean the house stuff before you even get to enjoy it. But again this house is awesome and has a great location so I would try and book again. Just not pleased with the cleaning people or maybe the people who stay therebefore us.

It was an excellent choice! Our walk to the beach was easy...less than 2 minutes. Not beachfront but a partial view of the beautiful aqua water and the sound of the surf was enjoyed from the front porch. Loved being close enough to walk or ride bikes to the boardwalk area. The weather was very pleasant during our stay so putt-putt and ice cream were just a bike ride away.The backyard is AWESOME! The plunge pool, comfortable seating, grill and space for many competitive games of cornhole made it a favorite spot when the beachgoers were ready for a break. It is very close to walk to the restaurants and stores. The pool is small but was perfectly fine for us. it will hold about 5 or 6 people. The downstairs patio area is very nice and pretty and landscaped well. There are a lot of seats and lounge chairs. It was a nice house with 4 bedrooms. Great location and space!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a marvelous time in Pensacola. The size of the home was wonderful and the master bedroom was large and separated from the other 3 for great privacy and ample space for all. Well stocked kitchen. I felt the supply of towels was sparse and the home was not well cleaned before we arrived. The fenced yard was great for dogs but since it is overgrown with weeds, many of which have terrible thorny briars I couldn't let them out there. Both back doors are rotted to the point of almost falling off. The home needs a handyman and some sprucing up...just tired overall. That said we were steps from the beach and had great space to share with family. Pensacola has amazing beaches and is an amazing place to ride bike. Can't wait to go back!

Good but not Great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PLUS -- nice location, good for one or two average sized families, everything worked (A/C, fans, lights, etc.).MINUS -- bugs crawling on beds in two of the rooms, blood stain on the sheets in one of the rooms, home is nice but "seasoned".LAST WORD -- certainly a nice and reasonable place to stay and close to all amenities. With regard to value, I think next time we'd consider the Marriott Springfield just three doors down. The hotel, for roughly the same nightly rate, is a new facility, offers breakfast, has two pools and bar, and a private beach. Thus, from a value standpoint, the hotel might've been the better choice. That said, we were not disappointed with 109 Maldonado. There were just a few things that would make us consider another property next time.

Beach Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the place a charming place to stay. Although it rained several days while we were there we enjoyed our stay mostly. We were inconvienced several days with plumbing issues, which were taken care of, but it took time out of our day waiting for the plumber. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happily surprised to find a very cute, clean, well equipped house. The home was well laid out to hold 10 people comfortably even though it looked small. The location is perfect - close to the water, food and also to shopping. Everything was walkable. The management company was quick to help out with any problems. We had some pans that had seen better days and they quickly replaced them. We have lived and visited the area for years but this time we ate at a number of restaurants on the water and we're surprised at the wonderful seafood and how they were family friendly. We would definitely recommend the area and the property.
