Your Destin Vacation is waiting... | | Imagine beautifully furnished, beachfront condominiums located in the paradise of Destin, Florida. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 840 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit includes: • Master bedroom with king size bed • 2 Full Baths • Built-in bunk beds in alcove • Fully equipped kitchen • Corian countertop • Tile & luxury plank flooring • Living/dining area • Queen sleeper sofa. Property amenities include: • Every unit offers beachfront views to the Gulf of Mexico • Private beachside balconies • 280 ft. private Gulf front beach • Heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (beachside) • Seasonal Beach Service, included (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) • Gas grill area • Elevator • Free Wi-Fi • Cable TV • Free parking • Complimentary fitness pass • A washer/dryer is located inside the condo for your convenience. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Mix-up

We come to Destin annually for our anniversary trip. As usual,we got on line, found the room we always try to book and when we arrived, found that we had been highjacked. We always stay next door at Gulfgate, and thought we were so booked. Surprise!! Not so, instead finally figured it out that we had been switched to your property?? Luckily, got in via luck.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place although mature is constantly being updated. Beach access is perfect.The beach service chairs and umbrella has certainly made it a better experience. We can always count on the DBC to make our vacation a pleasure-Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Destin Beach Club was exactly what we were looking for in a summer vacation. Our condo was very nice, recently remodeled so the decor was very pretty, comfortable & relaxing. The beach was beautiful & it was great that our section of the beach & ocean weren't crowded like the other condos on both sides of us. It was located conveniently to restaurants & entertainment. We walked to the Back Porch for dinner one night & The Track was right across the street for go carts & putt putt golf. The staff were very friendly & courteous. We will definitely choose Destin Beach Club again for future trips & highly recommend it.

Very Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the location of the property, we did everything that we were supposed to do before we left the property.We were on our way home, when we received a very disturbing phone call. The rental management staff said that there were dishes missing from the condo and that they were charging our credit card $98.87 for the missing dishes. In the future I would recommend that anyone staying at this property should take a member of the staff to the condo with them and do a walk through before they check in. Inventorying and making a list of everything in the condo as you go along. And when you are ready to check out you will need to again get a staff member to do another walk through, have that staff member sign off that every thing is accounted for and that they are Happy. My wife and I are 71 years old , we have stayed in motel rooms and condos our whole life , the last thing that we want is someones used dishes.
