At Praia de Santos, Exclusive Villa, you will live a comfortable experience by the sea with your family or friends. Waking up in the morning and smelling the sea air, feeling the warmth of the sun and hearing the melody of the waves. It is a villa with an open space ideal for socializing and very comfortable rooms for resting.

Amazing Property

Property was as posted. Rooms are great, each with private bath. Almost a "hotel" feeling to the house if you want as each room has its own Key Card System. Great location where its a short walk to down town area (15 min). Amazing restaurants. Overall amazing stay.

Great family trip!

The house accommodations were excellent. We each had our own bedroom with bathroom. Shared spacious kitchen & living quarters. Delicious Breakfast was brought in several days. Great family, friends, etc., place to stay. Would definitely go back. Thank you Beatriz and Carolina!

Happy February Break

We were three families of four and we shared this property. It was the perfect combination of shared spaces and personal bedrooms and bathrooms. The hosts were very nice, answered all of our questions and were happy to help make things work for us. I'd highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here with a family of 13, and it was the perfect home base for our time in Ponta Delgada. The house was well equipped, and having almost everyone (other than the children) with their own bedroom and bathroom made it incredibly comfortable for a large group. The communication with the host was amazing throughout our stay, and we appreciated that they came to clean twice while we were there.The pool was a highlight on hot days, and while the house is a bit outside the city center, we loved the 30-minute walk along the oceanfront boardwalk into town. It gave us the best of both worlds: quiet mornings by the water and easy access to the restaurants, markets, and energy of Ponta Delgada. We would happily return.

Amazing rooms and views

Extremely accommodating staff!! We were able to check in earlier than expected. They went above and beyond to welcome us. We were a party of 13 and all slept comfortably!!! We were able to find parking easily since we rented a vehicle. Would absolutely stay again should we ever go back to Azores.

Great for big groups

This was a great accommodation for having all of your family and friends under one roof. It is in a great location for planning a vacation on Sao Miguel. It’s about a 20 min walk to downtown Ponta Delgada. There is underground, inexpensive parking downtown, so when we didn’t want to walk 20 mins, we just drove less than 5 and parked underground. From this location, we were able to explore the entire island w our rental car. We were there at a time when the pool was a little cold but the hot tub was very nice. We also used the outdoor tables to have great dinners outside. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare great dinners. There is also a great seafood restaurant, Marriserra, just 2 doors down which made for a great evening out with the shortest possible commute. Would highly recommend this location for any large group wanting to keep friends and family under one roof.

Great house in a good spot to walk to meet areas of Ponta Delgada. In our 50's and it took 20 mins to walk to town. The younger people with us rented electric scooters on an app and buzzed back and forth. Great beach was a 20-30 min walk in the opposite directing of town. There is a bike and walking paths that run all along the coast and are very nice and safe. Each room has a private bath and the shared kitchen, dining, living room areas never felt too crowded with 15 people staying. Good restaurants nearby, Cais 20, Mariserra, Galego, and Sunset Beach Restaurant. In town restaurants, A Tasca, Jonny's, Nonna's, and Cafe Central near the city gates were all very good. Any issues, just message Beatriz and she will handle very quickly. Pool was great and hot tub was nice but built for 2ppl. Perfect temperature though!There is parking directly behind the house if you rent a car and there is a back gate to go in and out that locks. Highly recommend for large families or multiple couples.

Perfect Place to Stay in Ponta Delgada

We were a group of three friends who took rented the entire residence for 9 days and could not have been happier with our selection. The location was a short 5 minute drive to the center of town, and was right on the waterfront. It is impeccably designed and comfortable with a full service kitchen (we like to cook). There is an excellent steak restaurant just a few doors west of the residence, a good fish restaurant a few doors east, and a coffee and snack bar on the beachfront . Two large grocery stores are five minutes away by car. The residence is in a neighborhood area, which was lovely and quiet. Street parking the car was easy. Beatriz always quickly responded to our questions, often within just minutes. Dina and her crew kept the residence spotlessly clean and were more than helpful and friendly. I have no doubt that I would stay at this villa again in the future.

Wonderful stay, host was easy to work with and our group of 10 had plenty of space throughout the house. Breakfast was amazing and the kitchen was fully equipped. Rooms, showers and towels were great. Also came with outdoor towels and the washer/ dryer was a huge bonus. Location wise, close to several restaurants and bars with views of the water. Definitely a great value!
