Profitez de cette nouvelle (2016) Accueil! Située prÚs du front de mer à Pot-Nets Bayside, cette maison spectaculaire comprend 3 chambres, 3 bains, un porche extérieur donnant sur la marina et de grands espaces de vie ouverts combinant cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Faites une promenade de 5 minutes le long de la promenade de la marina pour vous rendre au trÚs populaire Paradise Grill. Piscines, plage, tennis et terrains de jeux sont sur place. Les bordereaux de bateau sont disponibles à la location à 40 $ par jour. Une voiture de golf est incluse dans cette propriété, sans frais supplémentaires. Les enfants sont les bienvenus, et les animaux domestiques sont aussi! Excellent emplacement pour faire du kayak et du stand up paddle! Il se trouve à quelques minutes de route du célÚbre parcours de golf Baywood Greens (10 minutes), des centres de taxe à la consommation exempts de taxe de Tanger (20 minutes) et des pittoresques centres-villes de Rehoboth Beach et de Lewes (30 minutes).

Nous avons un séjour minimum de 7 nuits pendant notre saison d'été. Check IN est à 16 heures le dimanche et Check OUT est à 10h le dimanche. Nous avons des séjours minimum de 2 nuits à tous les autres moments de l'année.

Séjournez 7 nuits chez nous et recevez notre forfait de vie gratuit! Cela comprend une carte-cadeau de 100 $ au restaurant Paradise Grill, 2 rondes de golf gratuites sur le parcours Baywood Greens (du lundi au jeudi aprÚs 13h) et l'utilisation de votre propre voiture de golf privée pour vous déplacer dans la communauté.

Les cales de bateau sont Ă  distance de marche de chaque maison et sont disponibles selon le principe du premier arrivĂ©, premier servi. The house was beautiful! Very clean and well stocked. It was in a wonderful location. Working with the staff of Pot-Nets was truly a terrific experience. We can’t wait for our next vacation here

This is one of the few times that the property was even better in person than in the photos. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is so fun. This place is spacious and clean, with plenty of room (and comfy beds! And hot water!) for a crowd. The private beach was bigger and nicer than we expected. If you stay here, do NOT skip the Paradise Grill! We had a group of seven adults 1 dog who all loved it so much, we’re already planning to come back and stay again.

Bayside vacation

Home was clean and fairly well stocked kitchen for a rental. Great location within the property. Close to the beach and restaurant on property. Golf car provided was a nice option to drive to the pool or beach. Great place to stay with a family.

Our stay was actually Sun, Aug the 3rd -Sun Aug the 10th. We loved it. Check-in was easy and well organized. The house was clean and very nice. The kitchen had all the necessities as well as unexpected platers, serving dishes, and cooking utensils, which made our meals at home a real treat. We used the grill which was in good working order. The front porch was our family's favorite spot for meals as well has relaxing. We utilized all of the amenities of the home and Pot-Nets to the best of our abilities. The golf cart made getting around easy and gave us the ability to utilize all that Pot-Nets had to offer without hassle. We also took our bikes which was an added pleasure. We are hoping to go back next summer and highly recommend it as a great place for a family vacation.

Reviewer Comments: I am originally from Pot Nets so when my husband and I decided to come up to Delaware for an impromptu family reunion it was the obvious choice to stay here. I have family still in the park and the rest live less than 2 hours away. The park is and always has been a wonderful place to stay and live. So many things to do and so close to Rehoboth and Lewes. The rental homes are beautiful and very comfortable not to mention they accommodate large family gatherings. I highly recommend anyone that's never been to Pot Nets for vacation to come and stay and who knows you just may like it so much you will buy a place there!

The property management didn't know about them but said they couldn't be fixed till after our visit. Unfortunately it was humid all week and we could have really used the ceiling fans. The Landscaping team was in front of our house for 5 hours a day for two days, which meant we could not use the deck. This was disappointing because it would have been nice to have my morning coffee on the deck. This home was not cheap to rent.

House was well maintained, clean & close to the beach/entertainment. Each morning took long walks around cmty w/🐩 ( she loved dog park) We encountered a small incident but the MGR took care of pronto ( TY!!) We highly recommended Pot-Nets ( no matter which you stay) to our Friends/Family back home. Hubbers & I are looking forward to returning. Next time will hit Beaches/Hiking trails 🏖🏕

Great place, great location, horrible booking process.

My family and I booked this place for a long weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. The area was very nice as well with water views, boat docks, fishing piers and playgrounds for the kids. The golf car was a hit as well and fun for the whole family. Some down sides were the booking process and the fact that the Paradise grill was not open in the off season. The booking process was very cumbersome and had to be completed outside the recommended VRBO process by mailing a check or money order to the rental agency. I'm used to the one stop shop that VRBO provides and full payment via credit card. I would suggest that this rental agency use the VRBO process and not a 2 step process that requires mailing a check. Also, in the off-season the Paradise grill is not open. This property is in walking distance to the grill. I'm sure this is a hit in the summer time.

The house was spotless with a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and furniture, and a lovely porch to sit and read, or enjoy the view. The beach was steps away. Location is near everything you need, stores and restaurants and a short Drive to the beach at Cape Henlopen or Rehoboth. Check in was a breeze, and Debbie responded to texr massages in a short time. Don't hesitate, rent this property for a relaxing vacation
