Belle maison construite sur mesure dans la communauté d'accès à la plage

Serviettes de bain, draps et produits en papier fournis. Amenez vos amis et votre famille pour profiter de la plage, des courts de tennis, du club-house et d'autres équipements disponibles dans la communauté de Suissevale. La maison est entièrement climatisée et dispose d'un grand porche grillagé avec un barbecue à gaz. Il existe de nombreux sentiers de randonnée dans la région, y compris ceux de la chaîne Ossipee à seulement cinq minutes. Achetez dans le magasin de campagne, profitez des produits frais locaux des stands de la ferme, prenez un livre, les enfants, leurs jouets de sable et détendez-vous sur la plage de sable privée de la communauté. Rentrez ensuite à la maison et prenez une douche à l'extérieur pour laver le sable. Il y a deux téléviseurs HD. Cette maison fonctionne bien pour 2 familles car il y a une grande chambre principale privée et une salle de bain à l'étage. En hiver ski alpin ou ski de fond ou motoneige. Il y a un sous-sol pour vider votre équipement avant de monter pour une boisson chaude. La maison peut accueillir 13 personnes.

We have only rented the house 2 times both over New Year’s Eve for a few days. We wll had a great time, the house is inviting and comfortable and the games in the basement was a hit giving the kids and adults active fun time together.

Lovely house quiet and so close to the lake

This was a wonderful house is a very quiet neighborhood. Short drive into downtown Moultonborough with quaint shops and good food. The property has more than you could ask for! Open air kitchen, comfortable rooms, screened in porch and more table games in the basement to occupy everyone in your group. Lake/beach was great for relaxing and saw wildlife every day. Wouldn't think twice about staying here again.

Great House

This house was perfect for our vacation. Very clean. Great porch and screened porch. The basement was an unexpected bonus for our kids in their 20s. Air hockey, ping pong, basketball. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Lakes Region Property

House was very clean. Wonderful layout- plenty of space for everyone. Great game room downstairs that kept the kids entertained for hours. Short drive (1 minute) to beautiful private beach and playground area. Great location- close to restaurants, Castle in the Clouds, other fun things to do. Pete was an incredible host and even marked us something we left behind! We will definitely be back!

A great week at this home with our daughter. Everything in the house is clean & well maintained. Pete is very responsive to any questions or concerns. If you rent a kayak or canoe, it must be driven down to the lake in your vehicle because the lake is 5 or so blocks from the house. Highly recommend Wild Meadow Paddlesports who deliver & pickup. Nice community of friendly people.

Great house!

Very nice, clean house. Plenty of space for two families of four. The house was stocked with most of everything we needed. It's not within walking distance to the community beach, but they did not advertise it as such so no surprise there. We would highly recommend this home to anyone. The owners were great to work with. Very accommodating and responsive.

Wonderful property in Lake Winnipesaukee

This was a great place to stay! Very cozy and clean. Great Kitchen and comfortable beds to sleep in. I recommend 10/11 people at the most with their being 2 bathrooms. We came during the holidays so there's definitely more outdoor space in the summer with a grill. The basement was great with games and a couch to sit on. The location is quiet with the lake being a 15 min walk. One Recommendation- if you're going to cook vegetables, bring a peeler. We did a ton of cooking and that was the only thing missed. Other than that, well stocked!

Better than expected

We had a great family Vacation, The photos don’t do justice the lake house had a fantastic game room downstairs extra fridge washer & dryer all the little kitchen condiments you always forget to think of Great open fam my doom kitchen area screen hous was awesome we used it everyday along with the outdoor shower Peter was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you Peter for thinking of everything

We have never been to the area and were pleasantly surprised. The cabin was clean and the location was very close to Castle in The Clouds where my daughter got married. It was also close to the activities and restaurants that we were going to. Thanks again! Chris and family

Wonderful and relaxing!

This is our 2nd stay at this property and was just as wonderful as our first! Owner is fantastic (he even gave us a late checkout so we could enjoy another day!). Owner keeps his home clean and extremely well stocked and lots of room for big family or friends! My niece (and some boozy adults) especially loved the game room upgrades downstairs, so fun! We cooked out, drank, sat by fire, enjoyed the nearby beach, and fished locally. It was perfect! Packing Tips: pillows etc are provided but we prefer our own pillows/blankets. Folding chairs are available but we still bring/prefer our own. Coffee pot is basic slow drip pot so plan accordingly or bring ur own appliance. Kitchen and cleaning bathroom supplies all available no need to pack those extras. Also, had no issues getting into owner WiFi or accessing our Netflix/etc at night.

Castle in the Clouds Wedding Weekend

This home was clean, comfortable and spacious! Beautiful open concept kitchen/dining/living area for our family to gather. Loved the large private master suite. And a bonus game room in the basement where us adults found ourselves unwinding and having a great time at the end of the day! A short ride to our Castle in the Clouds for a beautiful family wedding:)

The property was very clean, with lots of space for our family of 8 to gather comfortably for dining and visiting. The kids enjoyed the many of the table games in the basement. The large Association beach was a short drive away and was lovely with lots of picnic tables and a playground.

Very nice house. Accessible to Suissvale Beach which it was really nice for the kids.

The house is very clean and well equipped (the extra blankets and pillows were very appreciated). The beach is 5 minuets driving distance from the house and perfect for families. The beach has picnic tables and has a little canal perfect for fishing. The yard is small but it was perfect for the fire pit. The screen porch, deck and grill were also great to have. Love the house and we would rent it again for sure! Pete was a very nice host. Thank you!

Great house and location.

We stopped here for a few days traveling from Burlington to Bar Harbor. The house was exactly as advertised—roomy, clean, great access to the neighborhood beach at the lake. The game room in the basement was a fun activity for the kids. We loved having coffee on the screened porch. Wolfsboro is only 25 minutes away. Pete was responsive and easy to work with.

Lovef, love love this beautiful home

My husband, my grown nephew and me stayed at this beautiful secluded home. It was so comfortable and the rooms were so big and inviting. It was a very “ homey” atmosphere. Peter was a fantastic host. Whenever we had questions, he was right there to answer them. The beach was beautiful; the weather was perfect. Thank you Peter for everything ! We will gladly love to stay at another time 🐞

Family Fun

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very informative and easy to work with. The temperature was over 90 all week and the central air-conditioning was great. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 and we enjoyed the open floor plan. The game room downstairs had plenty of use. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place!

We loved it. It was the perfect pandemic get away for myself and my partner. During our two week stay my teens, her teens and many friends came. The structure of the house also allows for many ways to connect while maintaining social distancing - tenting, porches, separate bedrooms/bathrooms with outdoor access. The house was super clean. The basement rec area was a blast. The beach is stunning. Pete was also a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful getaway on Winnipausakee

The house is great with a screened-in porch and lots of fun games in the basement. We enjoyed the beach on Winnipausakee very much. Peter quickly responds to any questions/concerns.
