Bright, airy home, peaceful, great walking neighborhood, central location to beaches and other RI attractions. We love that we can get to Westerly in 10 minutes, Point Judith in 25 and Newport in 40.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The listing was exactly as described. The home was well stocked and we used the beach pass almost every day. The owner responded promptly to any questions.We loved the comfortable large master bed.Highly recommended for a beach vacation!

All The Things

Everything we needed: comfortable spaces, well equipped kitchen, spacious master, perfect guest rooms, nice bathrooms, private outdoor areas, outside shower, and a short drive to perfect beaches (with a provided parking pass). And our host was pleasant and very responsive. What more can you ask for? Quick note: you’ll need to bring sheets and towels. We used the local rental agency, which worked great. We LOVE South County RI!

Great beach rental

We had a great stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent - close to beaches, nice neighborhood to walk around. Communication with the host was very prompt. The beach parking pass to Charlestown beach and Blue Shutters was wonderful to have. One thing that was not included in the description of the property is that linens are not included in the rental so you have to bring all the sheets and towels. I only found this out by thinking to ask the host ahead of time.

Fantastic Stay! Great Home!

The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Cheryl could not be more helpful and available to us. The outside shower was heavenly. Hope to return.

Great family house

We enjoyed this house very much--it's spacious and full of light. The beaches we enjoy are all nearby and sitting on the porch and in the garden was equally enjoyable.

Rhode Island Vacation

This is a lovely vacation home. Wonderful location and so well stocked with most anything you might need. We eat out, but it appeared to have everything you would need to cook. The mattresses were very comfortable. The house is in a lovely area and located near beaches. Having the parking permit to 2 beaches was an extra for us as we had never been to Blue Shutters beach. The fenced yard was great for our grandchildren. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!

Great Summer vacation at the beach house with family

We really enjoyed staying at this rental and definitely would consider renting this place again. The house is located off the main road in a quiet neighborhood with a large yard. The house had ample space for my 3 teenage daughters, my parents, brother and myself with my girlfriend. We quickly realized the deck on the front of the house with an awning was the place to have our meals and entertain friends and family. The awning provide super helpful during several short showers during our stay and to enjoy the outside without getting cooked by the sun. Shrubs along the road provided privacy and overall the house was quiet and comfortable during the evening. Several restaurants are a short drive away as is the Charlestown Town Beach.

I fell in love with the light that filters in through the front of the house, it's comfortable feel and proximity to beaches. Great neighborhood. Grocery store, ice cream place and Dunkin Donuts 2 minutes from the house!
