Casa CrepĂșsculo lives on the beautiful ocean-front Punta Penca, overlooking Playa Danta and the lively beach town of Las Catalinas. Casa CrepĂșsculo is a 4 master-bedroom home with a lock out apartment and a flexible bedroom. This luxury home is equipped with a commercial chef’s kitchen, entertainment floor, infinity pool, jacuzzi, elevator, outdoor kitchen and BBQ. With only a 7-minute walk to the beach and beach town, Casa CrepĂșsculo offers a memorable escape within a bustling Mediterranean-inspired beach town. This home was built for unforgettable social gatherings and to enjoy all that beautiful Costa Rica always has to offer.

The home can be rented separately or including the lock-out apartment if extra space is needed, for an additional fee. Note that if either the home or apartment is rented separately, the outdoor stairwell, courtyard and beach shower are shared spaces. House amenities do not apply if only the apartment is rented.

This amounted to our best-ever rental experience for several reasons:- The dedicated staff who ensured the stay was a success. This included Yerardy, the concierge who helped us to coordinate our excursions and served as our main point of contact before and during our visit. It also included the two housekeepers who, every day, would come to the property. Their activities included cleaning (very helpful if we cooked a big meal night before!), making beds, refreshing towels--and even extended to making us breakfast, cutting fruit and washing our clothes. Wow, what a treat!- The house had everything we needed (including supplies helpful for a beach vacation, like canvas totes, beach chairs, binoculars, etc.). - The town was super accessible and I loved that there were no cars. - Access to the beach club (with pools, workout facilities, restaurant, etc.) was a major plus.- The sunsets--wow!All in, this property offered everything we needed--a ton of space, privacy, support staff and easy access to the club, ocean and town. The best of all worlds!

The entire Las Catalina’s experience will not disappoint. The property is stunning and provides every amenity necessary for a great vacation. The staff, concierge, and owner are all extremely helpful and there to accommodate all requests to make your entire stay memorable. Highly recommended!!

Sunset paradise

This was the most beautiful rental home we have ever stayed in! The home was so clean, the kitchen was fully equipped with anything we could possibly need and the beds were so comfortable. Each sunset was better than the last and we spent hours on the covered back patio enjoying the views. The house concierge was so helpful organizing all of our activities and the housekeepers were so nice and thorough. It was an amazing week and we hated to leave! The teenagers really enjoyed having the top floor all to themselves and the pool table was an added bonus. Great stay all around! It's obvious from the photos, but this home is at the top of the hill so if you have issues with stairs, this may not be the place for you. We appreciated the exercise but it is a climb from the town center! Really hope we can come back soon!

Amazing

The house is simply amazing. They have thought of everything you could possibly need and more. The pictures don’t even do it justice! We frequently gathered at the outdoor table for coffee or drinks to enjoy the amazing view. 2 bedrooms have outdoor showers in addition to the bathrooms and were a big hit with our friends. The ladies came and cooked breakfast for us in the mornings. They cleaned daily and did a fantastic job. There are lots of stairs in Las Catalinas and in the home. Sharing this in case someone has little children or elderly that might find this important. We had a total of 6 couples and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each others company. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and would 100% rent this again. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories!

Paradise Found!

WOW!! From the moment we stepped into the house- we knew we made the right choice with this house! The view alone is worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY!! It's simply stunning. We had a large group of us- 13 to be exact. We all loved it:) We also were fortunate to have some help while we were there, Ibis and Marciela. They greeted us with homemade guacamole and fresh watermelon juice.... just perfection after a long day of travel. They were adorable and helpful in every way possible. We also all were able to practice our Spanish with them, which was so much fun! And Yerardy, the house concierge, help organize our trip down to every last detail. He made sure everything went perfectly, and he did not miss a beat! He was always accessible when we had questions and was always willing to give helpful suggestions:) The entire experience from beginning to end was unbelievable. We love the charming Las Catalinas community and hope to one day return to this beautiful house:) Thank you Denlers for sharing this little piece of paradise with us! We are eternally grateful for all of it!!

Paradise found in Las Catalinas

We absolutely loved the property and Las Catalinas. The house was beautifully appointed with amazing views. Incredible management group and a pleasure to work with for our excursions. Highly recommend the house and area!
