HURRICANE UPDATE: We are up and running and ready for guest! The area is starting to rebuild and shops/restaurants are slowly getting going. Please don't hesitate to visit as we can for sure use the patronage to help us all recover!

The beachfront condo is located in Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island off the Gulf Coast and a brief drive from Bradenton and Sarasota. It is a small town known for its fishing piers, sugar-sand beaches, quaint strip of shops, restaurants, and other family-owned businesses.

You'll immediately notice that the tempo noticeably slows on the Gulf retreat of Bradenton Beach.

AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. The trolley travels from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach.

Other Things to Note:
Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

We do not supply beach items due to guest breaking and leaving items on a weekly basis. They can be rented very reasonably from AMI Rentals
