HipNautic ~ Freshly updated~ Gulf Views ~ Heated Private Pool ~ 3 BR + Loft

HipNautic is the perfect beach destination that allows you to relax and unwind in the highly coveted Crystal Beach Community. It features a private heated pool, wrap around porches and a third story deck with gulf views. Spend time on our front porch swing or soaking up the sun in our private fenced in back yard. HipNautic is approx. 1.5 blocks from white sandy beaches and amazing sunsets! It is in walking distance of restaurants, beach shops and entertainment. Or enjoy cruising around in our GOLF CART for an additional fee.

Our main level features an open concept with a living room, dining room and a fully stocked kitchen. It also has a spacious bedroom with a king and a full bath with walk in shower.

Our second floor has a bunk room with a full over a queen, along with a full bath featuring a tub/shower combo. The second floor is also home to a huge master suite with full bath featuring a walk in shower.

The third floor loft has a pull out couch (full bed) and 2 observation decks with views of the gulf.


A few important things to note:

-GOLF CART rental is not included in your stay. We're happy to offer our guests a 2021 ICON golf cart at a deeply discounted rate --you won't find this deal anywhere else! Please let us know upon booking if you'd like us to reserve it for you! Golf cart rentals are not permitted with student parties under 25 (insurance reasons) and unfortunately no exceptions can be made.

Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

-Pool Heating is not included in your stay, please inquire for pricing as it varies based on season/length of trip.

-This home has exterior security cameras located in the front, back and street side of the garage for the protection of the property and our guests.

-This Home rents Saturday to Saturday only with a 7 night minimum during Spring Break(3/13-4/30), Peak Summer (5/15-9/4), and Fall Break (10/2-10/30).

The house was great and exactly as it was described. The host was great with communicating, answering any questions that I had, and responding quickly. We’ll definitely be staying here again with our kids, who loved it. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was worth every penny. The kids stayed in it nonstop.

We had a great time and loved our stay at HipNautic! The house was very clean, the showers were large, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was our favorite and where everyone hung out. It was larger than expected and very clean. We will definitely stay here again on our trips to Destin/Crystal Beach.

This property is beautiful, well maintained and in the perfect location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Having a private pool was a great as well. Lastly, rent the golf cart, it hold 6 and is nice to take a little cruise on.

Absolutely fantastic property. Has every amenity and then some. Owners offered everything from beach gear and toys/pool amenities to a fully furnished kitchen. Renovation was very well done, and the home is perfect for families with small children. Thank you!

Family vacation

Great stay
 the property was perfect and as advertised. We loved all of the amenities - the kitchen was well stocked with anything we could need, the rooms were spacious, and there was great beach equipment that we used throughout our stay. We had more than enough space for the 6 adults in our group. The beautiful decks and private pool area were definitely our favorite, as was the proximity of the house to the beach. Our only disappointment was the limited amount of public beach space available but we tried to make the best of it. Overall, we had a fantastic trip!

Perfect week

Perfect property! Gorgeous pool, big and deep, with lots of pool toys. Very short walk to beach but we stayed in the pool lot of the time! Cute neighborhood and very quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Destin Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our Destin family vacation. It was clean and the pool was perfect to have. It was close enough to walk to the beach but having the gold cart made it easier. The property was clean and the owners were amazing to work with. We arrived early and they made every attempt to get us in a little early which was nice. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Perfect Destin Rental

We loved everything about this rental. It was exactly as advertised. Great location. The pool was clean and enjoyed by all. Loved having the golf cart, big hit wth the grandson. The beds were all very comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. And having a laundry room is always a bonus. We had a great time and would recommend this beautiful home to anyone. Owner was very prompt with any questions we had. Perfect!

Fantastic house, pool, and location!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Easy, clear, and friendly communication with Michael (the owner); excellent condition of the house; wonderful heated private pool; and perfect location for access to the beach, countless restaurants, and all 5 nearby golf courses. We had three generations there for Mother's Day week - three adult kids, my wife and I, and two grand-parents. The house was perfectly suited for the whole crew - we all enjoyed the front porch swing and all the other porch seating on each level. We also rented the optional golf cart - which made life easier for cruising down the beach road. Really enjoyed the week. Thanks!

Amazing!!

We had the best time at HipNautic! The house is absolutely beautiful, and the pool area is private and peaceful. Our kids LOVED the bunk room. The master suite on the 2nd floor was huge and luxurious. The first floor bedroom was perfect for my 75-year-old mother. We had everything we needed in the house (and more!). The golf cart worked great and was perfect for scooting around the neighborhood. The owners were super responsive to us, and check in and check out were very easy!2 things we learned that are helpful to share: -There is no golf cart parking at the Shirah Street beach access. So if you are taking the golf cart to the beach, you need to park at the Hutchinson Street access (across from Camille's). Even on Memorial Day weekend, there was golf cart parking available. -The house has extra towels to use by the pool, but you will want to bring you own chairs, umbrellas, tents, toys, etc. for the beach. We would love to stay at HipNautic again in the future!

Perfect Family Beach House!

HipNautic was the perfect house for our family vacation. It’s located on an adorable and quiet street that is close to multiple beach accesses and to The Commons shopping area, which has a Publix, Starbucks and many other food and shopping options all within walking distance. The house itself is adorable and very well maintained! We couldn’t have picked a better place to spend the week.

Great property!

Wonderful upgraded home, comfortable beds, very clean, good size pool (bigger than most in the neighborhood). Golf cart is a must, beach very close by but limited parking so used golf cart to park at the crab trap and rented beach chairs and umbrellas there. Rentals available along the beach but this property has all necessary needs for the beach like chairs, umbrellas, wagon, toys, games. Plenty of towels, beach towels, linens. Owner very responsive. We loved HipNautic and we will be back!

Fantastic property and great experience.

Highly recommend this property as the house, pool, golf cart, and location were great. Michael was very responsive answering any questions on the frontside although once we arrived, everything went perfect and we never needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.
