Bedrooms are all large, and each had its own bathroom. More than enough room to accommodate a large family. We also loved the large porch, beautiful view of the bay! I will definitely be renting this property again!

Great getaway

I couldn't have asked for anything nicer, from the beautiful water views, fireworks, and beautiful rentals. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything a family needs for the stay. We are definitely returning.

The guests loved the bedrooms with individual baths were much appreciated.The large kitchen and deck were great for the family get together.Use if the golf cart was fun!

Reviewer Comments: the house was very nice the only problem is under the beds it was very dirty, there were no screen on the sliding glass doors so we couldn't open them. the first day we arrived we had to call for the floors to be washed they were all very dirty and the toilet broke.

Beach Retreat fell short on cleanliness

Walked in and first impression was wow nice place. Open floor plan and spacious. The bedrooms and private baths were a good size as well. We unpacked our cars to just inside the door then put things away. However some of the cabinets had dry food inside them, the fridge was a bit dirty, 2 showers had hair in them, the toilet seats were all lose, we had to make our own beds from sheets wrapped from a laundry service and there was hair in the sheets, the grill was full of grease and dirt from previous renter and grease on the shed floor. Debbie was emailed immediately as we were informed by the house manual we had until 6pm(2 hours after check in) to report damages or if unit was not clean. A person quickly came to the house to fix what they could. After walking around the house with bare feet or socks on we all realized how dirty the floors were and had to wear house shoes. The livingroom furniture was quite comfortable and the beds were as well except for a big dip in the master bedroom mattress. We were 6 friends and did enjoy our stay there for a week. There was plenty to do in the area and we enjoyed the pool and the beach. We would come again.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental wasn't cleaned before we used it. Counters had marks and the floor was so dirty, when I stepped in the shower it looked like I had been walking in dirt. Multiple items were broken, the hand soap was watered down, and several other small items that add up to them cheating out on care of the unit. Had the unit been cared for, it would have been nice, except there were barely enough dishes for the number of people advertised to be able to stay here. Overall, I was really disappointed. I emailed as soon as we got there and received a blow off email in response and nothing else.

Great place for a Girls Trip / Birthday Celebration @ Pot Nets

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was so perfect for the 5 special friends celebrating a milestone birthday. Most of us had our own King Size Bed and own full bathroom. The pictures online we thought were great until we walked in and saw the beautiful rental and spacious living spaces with our own eyes! We were amazed! We took the golf cart for a ride to see more of Pot Nets. Rode it over to grab a bite to eat @ Paradise one night. Took it back the next night to enjoy a great Country Band on the Beach Stage. Walked to the beach and enjoyed a beautiful & peaceful afternoon catching up with the girls. The rental had everything we needed and then some! Enjoyed breakfast on the deck. Neighbors were very friendly! Debbie from Pot Nets Rentals was so wonderful to work with from the first day of inquiring on the rental all the way through to check out! She answered every question or concerns I had immediately. Even when I asked dumb questions! Lol. Would definitely recommend this for a family getaway or just friends. You won’t be disappointed!

Smith Clark Wedding Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Retreat was the absolute perfect choice for my entire family's stay in Pot Nets Bayside for the weekend of my son's wedding. The home was spacious and accommodated all my children and grandchildren prior to the wedding with all the comforts of home. We hosted the rehearsal dinner with a total of 30 guests with more than enough space and a beautiful sunset view. The only question we had upon arrival was answered immediately by the property manager, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. The golf cart was a bonus as we were all running back and forth between the homes getting ready for the big day. It turned out to be more beautiful and ideal than expected. I also own a home in this community for the past 17 years, and must admit that since my family has grown during these years, I am now dreaming of upgrading to a beach house this spacious and idyllic!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time and the rental process was very easy. I believe this is one of the newer rentals. Beautifully furnished. Outstanding views of the surprise 10 year anniversary of Paradise Grill fireworks. Super clean and smelled like we were the first people in the home (new construction smell, nice!). We could walk to the bay beach and paradise grill. Didn’t go golfing this year but we were fine with that. If you can use the golf certificates, highly recommend. We like staying down here because we have family living in Pot Nets. We stayed in Everdream last year and we think we may like Everdream’s set up and location a bit better. Mostly because of the layout, walk in closets in every bedroom, and the fire pit. The kitchen in Everdream was also better for multiple people in the kitchen preparing food. We bumped into each other in this kitchen because of the location of the sink, dishwasher, and oven. But not a big deal at all. We did have to run out to get cookie sheets to make bacon and we left those for future guests to use.
