Les souvenirs de plage dureront pour toujours dans cette nouvelle maison (2019)! Située près du bord de l'eau à Pot-Nets Bayside, cette maison à couper le souffle dispose de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain. Profitez de la marina sur le porche extérieur et divertissez-vous dans le salon spacieux qui combine la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon. Faites une promenade de 5 minutes le long de la promenade de la marina pour vous rendre au très populaire Paradise Grill, plage privée, jetées de pêche et de crabe. Piscines, tennis, terrain de baseball et terrains de jeux sont sur place. Les bordereaux de bateau sont disponibles à la location à 40 $ par jour. Une voiture de golf est incluse avec cette propriété sans frais supplémentaires. Un endroit idéal pour le kayak et le stand up paddle! Il est à une courte distance en voiture du parcours de golf de renommée mondiale de Baywood Greens (10 minutes), des centres de vente en franchise d'impôt de Tanger (20 minutes) et des quartiers pittoresques du centre-ville de Rehoboth Beach et Lewes (30 minutes).

Nous avons un séjour minimum de 7 nuits pendant notre saison estivale. L'enregistrement s'effectue à 16 h le dimanche et le départ à 10 h le dimanche. Nous avons des séjours minimum de 2 nuits à tous les autres moments de l'année.

POLITIQUE POUR LES ANIMAUX DOMESTIQUES: Cette unité accepte les animaux. Il y a un maximum de 2 chiens (chiens uniquement). Le propriétaire des animaux doit payer des frais de nettoyage supplémentaires de 20 $ par nuit. Would definitely go back . Everything was clean & well kept The places, was beautiful. . Three bathrooms four bedrooms you can’t go wrong big enough for the whole family. . Unfortunately we were here in November so we couldn’t use the pool or beach . It was definitely a 10 looking forward to coming back in the summer

Family time

We had a great weekend stay here. This was our second time staying here and enjoyed every minute of it. The house is great, plenty of room and comfy beds. Easy to get around the area and check out the local sights. Thanks for sharing your property.

Great Family Vacay!

We had the best time! This house was perfect. Great size, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen and beautiful porch. Perfect location right next to Paradise and the bay beach (short walk or golf cart ride) and about 30mins from Rehoboth boardwalk. We hope to be back !

Spring break

Short spring break get away. Property is a little further from the beach but nice. Small issues like broken trash can and tub that wouldn’t hold water, however I think boat owners would like this property.

We loved the house! It was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for people, car and golf cart watching! The beach was so quiet and clean. The only issue we had was the shower drain in the master suite drained very slow. Would definitely consider visiting again! It had everything that you needed.

Fabulous house!

Myself, hubby, son, daughter in law, grandson and granddaughter. We all loved the open concept house and community. I would love to move there, but hubby is not on board to do that. 😩

Wonderful Family Vacation

This house was perfect to fit our family of 10 for vacation. The location is great to get to the beach, pool or paradise grill. Having a golf cart made traveling around pot nets very easy. The only negative things we would say is that the house could have been cleaner when we arrived. We also had to have the previous guests trash outside full in the trash bins until that Tuesday, so we couldn’t put our trash out. Overall, it was a wonderful week and we hope to be back again next year!

The location was great to get to restaurants, stores, and around the area. The house was very clean! The location within the property was a bit loud and busy starting around 7a. Overnight it was relatively quiet though. The linens were a bit rough and the king mattress in the front room is well used. Our property manager was amazing! She answered requests quickly and was a pleasure to work with!

In 2 of the bedrooms there is not a lot of room for clothes just big closets so I suggest bringing hangers if you want to take your clothes out of suitcases. We loved the golf cart wish we had 2. If you have a large family rent another one down the street but do it early so there is availability. We would definitely come back to Pot nets!
